We let you looked our rooms before you checked in. Because you informed us that you need a quiet room, you sensitive for noise and you air humid allergic. We changed the duvet and duvet cover for you although every piece had been dried by machine. We did everything just to make you are happy to stay. But we think our room was disappointing for you when you checked out and didn't told us for next stay. So, it's fair for you if we give you another choice for your choosing. You may don't know there are many hotel around here for you compare. Why do you judge about us very unfair. We are deeply regret in your unfair judgement.
