Excellent stay. Well maintained property, very good amenities and at very good location. For sure would recommend anyone to be here. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The Deevana Plaza Krabi Ao Nang has a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The lobby is welcoming and nicely designed, and the pool area is clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were several downsides that made the experience less enjoyable. The bathroom in our room was very old and outdated, with poor drainage that caused the shower to flood. The grout was dirty, and the bathroom itself was quite dark, making it feel uninviting. Another issue was the cleanliness in the hallways—room service trays and leftover food were left sitting out for days without being cleared, which wasn’t pleasant to see. The hotel appears to be divided into two sections, with one part seeming much older and clearly in need of renovation. One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of security. It was surprisingly easy for anyone not staying at the hotel to enter and go directly to the rooms, which made us feel quite unsafe. Overall, while the location and staff were positives, the outdated facilities, cleanliness issues, and security concerns would make me think twice before staying here again.

The stay at Deevana was great! The breakfast selection was very ample snd the service by the staff were friendly. The location of the hotel is close to Ao Nang Beach area snd within a good 15 minutes walk. Recommended!

環境：在主街道分叉裏面，並不像網上説的黑不溜秋，非常嚇人，酒店3分鐘步行就有7-11。 周圍高分餐廳也挺多，就是酒店的早餐不太和口味，雞肉牛肉都挺柴。 服務：服務人員比較主動，回覆很快。

처음에 풀북인지 모르겠으나 엄청 구석방을 줘서 바꿔달라고 요청하니 흔쾌히 바꿔주셨고 직원들 친절하고 시설도 깔끔한편이고 있을거 다 있고 괜찮았어요. 수영장이.크진 않지만 여러개이고 깊이도 딱 좋고 방은 럭셔리는 아니지만 소박하고 깔끔했고 화장실 샤워부스는 세월의 흔적이 좀 있네요. 메인 번화가랑은 떨어져 있지만 오히려 가족여향에는 조용하니 좋았고 주변에 편의점 식당 맛사지샵, 투어부스등들 있을거 다 있어서 편하게 여행했어요.

Loved the Deevana. The staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room on check in. The beds were nice and soft. They have everything in their rooms which some places in Ao Nang do not. Hair dryers, slippers, you name it. The room is very clean. Good hotel is located at the end of a quiet street so you get a good night's rest. Lots of breakfast options in the morning, and it's close to the beach which is much more quiet than Ao Nang beach. For the money, location, good staff and food, this is the best place to stay in Ao Nang. I will definitely come here again.

Great property in krabi for couple good location and good 4 star accomodation

Пребывали с 31 декабря по 5 января, в номере убирали каждый день, в принципе чисто, завтраки обычные, как и везде, фрукты: арбуз, ананас, папайя, яица пашот, омлет и тд. Заселили быстро, берут депозит, после выселения возвращают, вернемся ли еще раз ? Вряд ли) можно найти что то получше

Good location, friendly staff but not really clean

I reserved the deluxe suite, which was an exceptionally spacious and well-appointed accommodation measuring approximately 66 square meters. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a king-size bed and a bathtub. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail shown by the staff in fulfilling my special request to decorate the bed. The two balconies in the room offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall luxurious experience. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and friendliness throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of high quality, while the swimming pool provided ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. I highly recommend this hitel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay. I intend to return in the future. I express my gratitude to the Deewana Hotel for their outstanding hospitality.
