**1. Toilet Issues:** The toilets in the lobby and the restaurant (where breakfast is served) were dirty, smelly, and lacked toilet paper. **2. Room Accessibility:** The room was spacious and luxurious, but there was no elevator/lift to reach the third floor, requiring us to climb stairs. **3. Bathtub Maintenance:** The bathtub in the room was broken and needs repair. **4. Towel Condition:** The bath towels and face towels appeared old and discolored, with a brownish stain-like appearance.

This hotel is from a bygone era. AC works great but all the other in room functions dare back to the 60s. Room has not been well maintained. Lost rusted out fixtures. Very worn down furniture. Don’t believe the pictures. Also don’t recommend the breakfast. It is teeming with ants. Very disappointed. Not 4 stars by any stretch of the imagination.

Niet gaan! Het hotel is ontzettend verouderd en de faciliteiten zijn erg slecht. Mijn kussen was smerig en het ontbijt was minimaal. Verde zaten er vliegen in het eten. Ook is een schoen van mij verdwenen. Zie fotos.

โรงแรมเหมือนจะมีการรีโนเวทอยู่ สระน้ำมีสีที่กระเบื้องที่ทึบเกินไป ซึ่งทำให้ดูน่ากลัว เพราะสีน้ำไม่สดใส ห้องกว้างและใหญ่มาก เพียงแต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและสภาพห้องเก่าไป หากได้รับการดูแลที่ดีกว่านี้ จะทำให้บรรยากาศในห้องดีขึ้นไปอีก ห้องมีกลิ่นอับ นอกจากนี้การบริการ พนักงานต้อนรับ อาหารเช้าดีมากๆ อาหารอร่อย ทำสดใหม่จานต่อจาน อยากแนะนำให้ลองอาหารของที่นี้

Unfortunately, we couldn't tell whether the pool was in or out of commission, but if it is ready, it's huge and would be a great place to relax. The hotel itself is on a street with plenty of restaurants, massages and the usual Thai amenities. The room was large and clean, but you will need to keep an eye out for mosquitoes, but that goes without saying. Staff were efficient and friendly on the front desk, and other than checking in and out we had no need to deal with them at all. It's about a 10minute walk to the beach, or about 25 minutes to the start of the Monkey Trail. Good hotel for the price!

The swing pool was dirty. All the shower knob was rusted and swiming pool was full of algae. Room service did not leave towel and asked for it but did not arrive until we checked out. Very very bad and room is full of mold and insects.

The whole hotel look like it needed to be remodeled. The pool was green with LG, the lobby. Attendant was nowhere to be found for quite some time, the floors in our room were dirty and Sandy.  I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. 

Pour justifier ma note assez basse voici quelques problèmes rencontrés. L’air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas très bien, l’ascenseur en panne, la porte d’entrée de la chambre ne fermait pas bien, la porte du balcon ne fermait pas bien non plus avec un écart (comme pour dire bienvenue au moustiques), meubles vieillis. L’hôtel aurait besoin de rénovation.

nice spacious room, good breakfast and helpful staff

Мы жили в третьем корпусе на 3 этаже. Номера большие, с балконом, вид на бассейн, уборка каждый день. В отеле очень тихо и спокойно, вдали от основной дороги и шумных заведений, но вся инфраструктура рядом. Рядом с отелем в 3 метрах 7/11, аптека, магазины, массажные салоны. Бассейн большой, можно сделать длинный заплыв, но требует реновации. Синий цвет плитки делает его внешне непрезентабильным и мрачным.
