The Canopy Krabi arvostelua

Canopy Krabi is een kleinschalig bungalow resort. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig en service is heel goed en vriendelijke mensen. Prijs kwaliteit is heel goed. Klein zwembad met een klein terras aan. Aangezien ze zelf geen grote keuken hebben (enkel de bar aan het zwembad) hebben wij regelmatig eten van de straatkraampjes aan het zwembad kunnen opeten. Bungalows zijn gekoppeld en niet geïsoleerd tegen het geluid. Niet erg luxueuze en ook redelijk klein. Maar alles is aanwezig, elke dag schoon gemaakt en alles bijgevuld zoals vers water.

Rapport qualité prix, c'est le top ! L'endroit est calme et reposant dans un décor verdoyant. Loin de l'agitation du centre ville, proche de la vie Thai. La piscine est agréable après une journée d'excursion. le personnel est très aimable. Possibilité de louer un scooter et de louer un taxi à l'hôtel.

Very poor service. We travelled around Thailand for almost 3 weeks and this is the worst service we received, in this price range. We stayed 4 nights/ 5 days and they never even emptied the trash outside our room which was overflowing. We stayed in the family room which was basic. The main bed was very hard, it's just a plank of wood really. Upstairs, it was just a mattress on the floor. The ladder is up straight and it's high, so be aware if you're afraid of heights. Staff ignored us the entire stay, even when we would say hello and nobody speak English. Reception always closed earlier then expected. The hotel is far from all the tourist attractions (45 min walk minimum), so make sure you download the Grab app to get around at the best price. The swimming pool was disgusting. The ladder was so greasy it was hard to get a proper grip to get out. Based on the photos we thought it would be nice to stay somewhere quiet with a pool, but based on our experience, we should have stayed elsewhere.

Our stay at this place was disappointing. On our first night, we found a cockroach in the bed, which was completely unacceptable. The bedsheets, bath towels weren’t changed daily, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. The property is rundown and is in a local housing area where many places are still closed off, and wild animals like mountain cats can easily wander in. This made us feel very unsafe, especially as we were traveling with young kids. On top of that, the price they charged was way too high for what we got, and there wasn’t even breakfast included. It’s hard to believe a place in such poor condition is still operating and charging guests. We definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. They really need to improve their hospitality skills, fix the maintenance issues, control the pests, and make the place safer.

As a family of 4, it is often difficult to find a hotel room to fit us all in, this is ideal with the mezzanine room! Rooms come with two double beds which was perfect for our family! The resort is small but has everything you need and the location is perfect! The owners Peter and Third are very helpful and accommodating! Thanks again for a great stay!

На территории располагается 9 кондо, бассейн и кафе, в котором можно приобрести напитки. Утром, в кафе можно заказать легкий завтрак в виде панкейков. За территорией имеется крытая парковка как для байков так и для автомобилей. В домиках имеется двуспальная кровать с достаточно удобным матрацем, на втором этаже, над душевой комнатой, совмещенной с санузлом, расположено еще одно спальное место. Жилое пространство оборудовано рабочим кондиционером, холодильником, ТВ, феном, двумя чашками и двумя стаканами. По запросу предоставляется чайник. Отель предоставляет пляжные полотенца под депозит 100 бат. Каждый день, на проживающего, предоставляется бутылка 0,5 л воды. Недалеко от отеля находятся два гипермаркета Lotus и Makro. Рядом, на дороге, имеются несколько кафе с тайской кухней, вечером открывается кафе с возможностью заказа блюд европейской кухни, а так же ряд небольших магазинов и 7/11.

the canopy is a small resort with a family like staff. everything and more is possible if you just let the staff know. the location is great. everything is around a corner. the property is nice, the rooms are fine for a family of four and it’s very well kept. free wifi and the basics are in the room. next time we will stay there again for sure.
