We went there on saturday and got the executive room booked and on sun-day we want to extend our stay i booked the room and called the reception nad informed that we want extend our stay, as they asked us to visit the reception for some form filling and after that they told that we booked executive room so we need to change the room as we agreed to change the room but the new room was really small and conjusted and full of mosquitos, i called the reception and informed the discomfort but they didn't do anything for that and they didn't allowed as to change the room. I can't sleep because of mosquitoes and there were a table fan that was my first worst experience with the hotel the receptionist are really irresponsible

"my stay at hotel metro tower was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable visit"

The stay was good. The room, ambience, and amenities were good. The staff was hospitable. Only the television had some problem in functioning and the bed cover was not that neat. Overall our stay was pleasant. Did not take one

Good stay book for non ac with breakfast - kerala style no bread or butter but ok. Neat room & bath room 24 hour hot water. 1 liter water placed every day. Outside food allowed and delivered at your room, nice staff. Total good stay
