We were thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service, exquisite dining, and fabulous rooms. Excellent Amenities. There were no hidden fees - a refreshing transparency. And staff very helpfully. Highly recommend this exceptional establishment!

We stayed in this hotel in the heart of Calicut for 3 weeks, for leisure and also to visit friends. It’s within walking distance of Gokulam Shopping Mall, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Auto Rickshaws are plentiful and you can go anywhere for between £1-£2. The room was a nice size with a panoramic view over the houses and mountains. House Keeping were marvellous and it was cleaned everyday and replenished with things like toothbrushes, razors etc, but you only had to ask if there was anything you needed. The breakfast was varied and you can have lots of things made to order, eggs, dosa etc. We had room service a couple of times and ate in the restaurant a couple of times as well, the food was exceptional. They invited us in for Valentine’s Day to try the special pastries, I have put pictures on, it was wonderful. The pool was lovely and empty during the week, a little busier on the weekends, pool towels were always available. The gym was adequate and towels and water always to hand. There were a few teething problems, but as it is a new hotel they are trying to fix these as they go *****. The staff were exceptional, they couldn’t do enough for you and always made you feel welcome. We would 100% stay there again.
