"Makasimme hotellissa yhtenä yönä, ja henkilöstö oli poikkeuksellisen ystävällinen ja apullinen. Ruoka oli kaukana parasta mitä olemme saaneet ravintolassa viime kuukausina. Huonemme oli hyvin pieni, mutta silti tuntui hyvältä ja nukkui hyvin. Ja aamiainen buffet oli myös hyvin - meille kaikki oli mukana, mikä oli hyvä aamiainen. Meillä oli kaikesta hyvin hauskaa."

"Stopped at this restaurant for lunch while biking around Bozi Dar Czech Republic. Had the Gulas soup which was very good. Came with bread. Had the Pilsner Urquel beer on draft. Best beer in Europe. Good service. Small biking parking but ok. We šat at the outside picnic tables. Recommend. Would return."

"Where should I begin... you arrive, are met and then you are allowed to go straight to the next hotel, which then sends you to the car park. 3.5 days for €75.00. The car park is on the public road which everyone has access to. The barriers do not raise automatically, you have to call hotel number 2 (at a cost) to have something done. The wellness area is unfortunately a small sauna which only has room for two people, the pool can only be used in midsummer as the water is ice cold. The food in the restaurant... breakfast was the same every day, the cake was there when you arrived and when you left. Evening meals were very poor for a 4 star hotel... schnitzel with chips... drinks cost extra!! the staff in the restaurant do not speak English or German. The rooms are OK. All in all, very, very disappointed with the hotel, for me max 2 stars and not 4."

"Kävelymatkallani olin sallittu yöpyä tässä hotellissa. Hotelli on edullinen paikassa. Liftien asti se ei ole kaukana; rautatieasema pääsee noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Sauna/hyväksyntäalue on puhdas, ympäristöstä vuosiin. Huoneet ja kylpyhuoneet olivat puhtaita; hieman enemmän flair olisi ollut kaunis. Talossa oleva ravintola tarjoaa muutamia, mutta erittäin hyvä ruoka (hieman korkea hinta). Henkilökunta on täysin ystävällinen; aamiainen büffetti on avoinna klo 7.00. Hotelli on suosittu vaellajille, jotka haluavat nousta varhain ja mennä sitten matkalle. Joka tapauksessa aamiainen oli hyvin täynnä heti klo 7.00."

"The hotel: This hotel is at most three stars, and that's not a fact. The rooms: Dirty. The toilet is not cleaned. Candy wrappers behind bedside tables and chair. Ashtray on the balcony with cigarette butts, not cleaned by previous occupants. And we do not smoke. The telephone is covered in dust and has not been cleaned for a long time. The bed is white with stains, which is unacceptable for a four-star hotel. During the three days we stayed, the towels were never changed and the room was not cleaned. Food: Breakfast is the same every day. Coffee? You can't drink it. It's terrible. The beans in tomato sauce came with tongs and a holey spoon. Good question, what do you put in it? See photo. The staff still think this is quite normal. I wonder by what standards they have judged this hotel! Dinner: Here we are. Everywhere was empty. There was hardly any food. Shock! The staff delivered food with angry faces. There was almost no choice. We were followed by people who had waited a long time for at least some food to arrive. Used napkins were exchanged for fresh ones. Dirty forks, spoons. Skatreti all stained. The service is terrible. No one offers drinks. Staff absent. Staff: treated with disrespect. They are rude. Sauna: Sauna with pool. Noisy. Always screaming children. It is impossible to have a normal rest. Disastrously few benches for the whole hotel. Towels and sheets have never been. At the request to bring, even with you and not polite treat. After the sauna one shower for all, the second next to it closed. No water to drink. Yes, and in general there was nothing at all. In general, we have never been on holiday in a worse hotel. See photos. Once again, the hotel is not a maximum of three stars. I would say three stars is a lot."

"It's a bit of a walk from the station and a little far from the market, but otherwise it's great! If you're in the 6th-floor attic, you'll need to climb stairs, but the staff are very nice and easy to get along with, and the breakfast is delicious. It was a great experience!"
