Nice ambiance and staff. Lots of activities and food was great

a very big hotel, nice beach view but cannot swim, golf cart to ferry customer around the places

The entire experience from arrival to departure was simply amazing. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, and their very helpful recommendations ensured we made the most of our visit. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I'd certainly like to visit again.

Extremely warm hospitality,personalized touches,thanks for the lovely cake and decoration. The way the staff took care of all our meals..shout out to Gopi and Annie for being great hosts and taking care of every small detail and for the warmth.Jasmine from reception for suggestions to plan itinerary. Enjoyed the evening tea by the beach and live music.The lagoon and beach beyond is a lovely setting. Enjoyed the short stay and hope to be back soon.

Chose the Taj Kovalum as a getaway from the city the Taj Kovalum is a very dated hotel. It doesn’t feel like it’s been upgraded since the ‘80’s! Terrible service. A simple meal took 1.5 hours to serve I would not give this hotel even 3 stars. Will not stay at the Taj again

THE EXPERIENCE WAS LOVELY. ENJOYED EVERY MOMENT. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND THE STAFF WAS VERY PROMPT AND CORDIAL. THE HI TEA WAS ALSO VERY WELL LAID OUT. THE ROOMS WERE IN GOOD CONDITION. THE ROOM SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE BUGGY SERVICE WAS ALSO VERY PROMPT.

Our stay at Taj Green Cove was truly delightful, with exceptional hospitality and serene surroundings. Food, room, views everything were great but most importantly its the staff that made our experience memorable. It was top notch. Thank you Taj!

Nice property spread over a large area. Rooms are nice with wooden decor. Breakfast spread was good. Staff was nice and friendly. Buggy services were prompt. Enjoyed the boating in the lagoon within the property and afternoon tea services, overlooking the sea.

What a fantastic experience, all thanks to the hyper proactive staff, whose sole aim is to bring out the best experience for the guests. Needless to say that it is all driven from the top...right from Shadab (operations Head) to Raj, Abhishek and their teams, Harish Rawat, the Housekeeping, receiving teams ( the car area in front of lobby, Sebastian and team at reception ) - all of them made your feel at home. All if them made our experience memorable, making us overlook the gaps ( dated property esp rooms requiring renovation ). Thank you all once again.

This is our second trip in as many years, now with a larger group of family. The warmth, hospitality and eagerness to pamper us was the same or is even getting better. We spent two nights that flew quite fast. We enjoyed the long walk to the beach besides the lazy evening walk to enjoy high tea and the never ending sound and brashness of waves hitting the stone wall, sunset and the boats chasing the quids in twilight, kept us amazed at the nature’s vicissitudes in canvas!!! There was not a single moment of unhappiness in our stay and special thanks to Abhirami, Noel Jacob and Annie and many of those cheerful faces that are well etched in our memory ( belittling my own memory to remember their respective names). Ustad ji might have taken a peaceful rest, but can a better term to describe our stay than remember his musical note, WAH TAJ!!!

Our overall stay was very pleasant and comfortable. All the staff were relentlessly helpful, courteous and very cooperative. Rooms were super clean, food was great! Overall property was full of greenery and so soothing to eyes. The sunrise and sunset watch from Bait with complimentary tea and snacks, different games to engage little ones, boat ride in the lagoon, arrival and departure moments, morning yoga sessions everything was very very special and nothing but relaxing. Definitely recommend Taj Hreen Cove Resort and Spa for a wholesome and memorable experience.

Great hotel with amazing service. Sunset with tea was great and the chef Mr Rawat took special care of us. I would highly recommend sunset and high tea. Rooms are little small but clean and property is well maintained. Highly recommend for family

Had an amazing experience at Taj Kovalam. Visited with parents and it was so comfortable there with elders. Specially the staff is amazing and so helpful. Food is so good. Dance performances are amazing. Special thx to Gopikanta , Abhishek, Rawat for the comfortable stay. Will visit soon again.

While the staff is excellent, courteous, helpful and everything you’d except from a 5-star hotel, the food service is awful. And this is not a one time experience - this was repeated several times over our 3 day stay. It takes them 50mins or more to bring your meal and it is literally cold when it arrives. We sent back food on two different occasions. I’d normally give this a 4-star rating but their head of operations (Shadab, I think) came to talk to us on our penultimate day there and said he’d look into the problems, promising to meet us before we leave. And of course, he did not. Just empty words. Don’t make promises you can’t keep.
