Very good hospitality and clean room beach is walkable and especially the manager Mr Richie Krishnan was very helpful and kind . At this budget the stay was very good

Rooms Kovalam and Trivendrum are very nice .
Near the beach and nearby to Padmanabhan swamy temple. The hotel person was also very helpful .

I had stayed for 1 night in Mar25, I had a wonderful experience. Rooms was big with a balcony and the people from the hotel were really nice.

It was a great stay at this property. The room category that we had selected was quite spacious, clean and well furnished. As far as the location is concerned, this resort is just 2 minutes from the beach (by walking). One thing that I would like to mention is that there's no fooding in this property but attached to it is an amazing veg restaurant serving all kinds of delicacies.

I stayed in room no. 103. The room had no cross ventilation. We booked two rooms, ac and non ac. Ac room's ac was faulty, so they changed the room in first night and even after changing the other room also didn't work. I asked the owner who stays in hyderabad to refund the amount of ac charges, but he adjusted mere rs. 200. The manager is a very humble and helpful person, who actually takes care of everyone as a good friend.

Amazing experience. Beautiful surrounding. Close to the beach. Very peaceful environment. Strongly recommend to those who need a break from their hectic schedule. The manager Richu has been very supportive and helpful. This place is strongly recommended

While we were away someone came to our room and searched our luggage. Also the staff was not friendly

It was overall a good experience because of the very helpful manager (Mr. Richu). He went extra mile to make sure we are comfortable at the hotel and safe in the city. He guided us to book the cruise boat in poovar backwaters through online, which helped us in saving Rs 1000 approx. He also talked to the taxi drivers we hired for commutation multiple times to make sure that we reach the place on time.
The hotel staff also carried our luggage from the nearest pickup point. We were given an umbrella free of cost for the day as it was raining during our arrival.

The hotel is 200 meters from the beach. And a nice stay at a valuable cost. Worth the money paid. Cocoland employees were friendly to approach. Bathroom tubs were needed to maintain well but the rest is okay in stay. Done.
