"Beautiful staying beyond our expectation. Reception was perfect, tidy room, fully equipped, all in an authentic Kerala setting. We had traditional south Indian fish and continental breakfast. My wife could comfortably have her ayurveda massage at a fair price. I enjoyed very much the swimming pool facing the lake. Location is everything!"

"Definitely not a 4 star experience and it was very below average experience. I found the lobby and corridor areas not clean at all and there was some kind of stink all over. Their services such as room service take hours to get completed. Laundry service is also very slow. The pool was not clean and they beedtk work on that as well. The only good thing was the garden area withba good view and the garden area was also not maintained properly. I don't recommend this place. "
