The Seraya Hotel arvostelua

We booked our room just a day before our stay and arrived early in the morning before 8am, planning to leave our luggage before the check-in time. To our surprise, the receptionist informed us that our room was already ready and we could check in immediately! We were so shocked and happy with this unexpected offer — it really made our day. The hotel lobby is clean and smells great, giving a very welcoming first impression. The room itself was comfortable, and we especially appreciated the newly renovated bathroom. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. The location is also very convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back for our next trip.

Good location. And recommended. Do visit when you can. Many shops near by.

房間衞生一般，窗簾都膩了，房間打掃也比較隨意

除了房間確實很小很小很小之外，其他的沒有缺點，位置特別好，樓下就是佳雅街對面就是佳雅椰子店旁邊就是星際茶餐廳肉骨茶位置真的特別好，離商場也很近，唯一的缺點就是房間的真的很小，除了一張床和一個衞生間外基本上都沒有落腳的地方公共區域和房間裏面都還挺乾淨的，香香的

房間非常的整潔乾淨，市區鍾心的位置非常的方便，離什麼地方都很近，酒店的遊客服務挺好的，員工也比較熱情。圖片是酒店附近就能找到的吃的，很豐富。
