環境不錯，房間也還可以，服務也很熱情。離加雅街稍微有點距離。在半山腰上，裏面有個SPA，據説挺有名的。

設施：房間稍顯簡陋，有點兒像國內的快捷酒店。 洗澡水和龍頭水都沒有熱水，洗了一個冷水澡… 衞生：乾淨 環境：人少，安靜，雖然硬件略簡陋，但無論是早餐還是整個酒店都很安靜，還是蠻適合度假的。 服務：工作人員不是那種過分的人情，都有求必應，挺好的。 早餐種類不算多，但夠吃了，現煎的雞蛋在陽台上

The palace hotel has recently renovated. I also love the swimming pool, it comes with floaters. You can also choose to go hiking, it is well-maintained. Car park is very huge, another plus point for me as i am driving. Love every part of it. We stayed onthe 3rd floor.

環境裝修很漂亮，位置也算便利。但是熱水來得很慢，而且很涼！！！幾乎就是温水！room service也不好（送餐服務除外）叫了打掃衞生結果沒人來打掃衞生，衹加了水。如果能接受洗冷水澡的可以來住，對水温有要求的不推薦！

房間一般，沒有熱水。很不隔音。衞生還可以。服務特別差，早餐不適合華人，沒有好吃的，床墊很軟。睡的不舒服，可以説很難受。

高級感十足的酒店，無論大堂，泳池，用餐區，都透露着一種豪華感。唯一是年頭有點長了，公共區域維護的很不錯。不足是房間小，設施舊，床翻身會異響。總體來説還是很滿意！

Wonderful stay with this hotel. Thelocation is good. Better if you have own transportation. But can walk to the nearest mall which is the Karamunsing mall.
