酒店的硬件設施老舊。我房間門底下一根尖刺劃傷我的腳趾,流血了。夜裡酒店沒有中文服務,外籍經理到我房間看到也説it's very shark.衹能説很慶幸,先開門的不是我家小孩。經理説他能做的衹是給我換更好的房間。我度假才剛開始…接下來還有9天行程。第二天定好帶孩子跳島,雖然是小傷口,可是度假中難免沾水,到今天已經兩個星期,也沒有完全長好。
酒店的服務跟不上。早上到達酒店,沒人接應,沒有行李員。入住後我説需要一個被子和遺忘的東西。等很久都沒人送,我自己又去了趟前台。早餐他們就是對白人更加熱情,落座後衹給三餐刀,等很久沒人理。嘗試問幾個服務員都裝聽不見。很氣,找他們理論。
酒店碼頭很坑錢。酒店碼頭價格是外面的幾倍!沒有中文服務,衹有行李員負責這個事!因為涉及遊玩項目,我問有會中文的人跟我溝通嗎,行李員搖頭。打車去碼頭也就十來塊錢,可以選時間。別在酒店被坑。
酒店沒有小童泳池。衹有一個泳池,實打實的一米四深,孩子玩遇到小朋友溺水,救生員都出動了。還好沒什麼事。一個小滑梯還是充氣的,臨時放泳池邊上的。現在三亞海棠灣五星酒店都是好幾個泳池+小童泳池。
希望大家避雷小某書。説酒店自帶潛水,那地方就一點點大,也是酒店唯一有沙灘的一塊地方,沙子很粗糙,沒法玩。孩子下還立刻被工作人員吹哨。我也沒問原因,孩子也不想去了。
優點,因為沒有沙灘,距離海很近很近。傍晚景色很美。距離機場很近。
