Strategic location and located near the gaya street. Spacious room.

Spacious, lots of amenities. Just the floor is a bit sticky. Great location to local market.

Window in my bathroom was broken so the noise late at night and early morning was very loud. It also my the bathroom constantly very hunid and hot. Everytime i got back to the room, the bedroom was also humid and hot until i cranked the AC for atleast an hour while the bathroom door was closed. They weren’t able to change my room and I checked out early to change hotels with no refund. Bad experience. No mini fridge.

Booked for a night..but when want to take a bath, the water pressure shower is too slow..make a complain to receptionist and she sent a man to look it..i said it due to the heater is problem..make the water pressure too slow..after sometime, this issue just silent..when go to lobby to ask..the just said due to water pressure is slow..so i decide to checkout and find the other hotel..hopefully the can improve their service later.

Since most of the hotels i have stayed fully occupied... I have to book this hotel... Located next to the center point mall... And there are a few local restaurants nearby... Starbucks is in front of this hotel...

Everything is great. Room are clean and comfort. Would stay again in future.

the location is very strategic, walking distance with the handicraft market and the seafood market.

The drainage is not cleaned. The time we arrive, there is cockroaches everywhere.

Central location, but run down & in need of refurbishment. Ok, for a one night stay.

Maybe due to reopening after covid-19, maintenance of the room are very bad. Water pressure very slow. Room got cockroach & lizard. Tv got no channel to watch, only 2 channel available (repeated show). Will re-consider to stay here next time.

Service was okay but there are several issues. My room was infested with cockroaches, the aircond was barely cold and the sink is leaking. Even after changing to another room we had a problem with the water pressure and the water heater is not working.
