First it’s amazing location, second so nice and helpful staff! Room is clean and nice but it’s small .. but as for me it was ok! Have a swimming pool and nice territory to walk a bit

Amazing room and service provided ! Room looks exactly like in the picture with more heartwarming items for loan for example power bank , foldable umbrella , free- flow mineral water , drinks, earplugs and etc. I would said it’s nearly perfect except a small flaw. If you are driving a car , it will be slight frustrated as only the Lift Bomba can access to the parking lot. When you press the lift , it’s all by luck whether the lift bomba will come first , if it’s not , you have to make the other lift go down first , then only press again for the lift bomba to come up. Understand that this will be the problem on the residence apartment design , besides than this no complain at all , location is definitely a great spot with maximum convenience!

中規中矩 入住不方便

ロフトBの入り口が閉まっており、チェックインに苦戦しました。しかしセキュリティ係の助けがありなんとかチェックインできました。そこだけが残念でしたが、ロケーションやスタッフの親切さ、清潔さや館内アメニティ(スリッパもフカフカでした!)は全て最高でした。洗濯までしてくださいました。 今回プールビューの部屋で予約したはずですが、プールは全く見えず、どこにあるのかも分かりませんでした。そんなことはどうでも良くなるほどいいホテルでした。ありがとうございました。

雖然大廈比較舊，但公寓及房間裝修新淨，服務水平也很高，樓下有商場及很多食店，很方便，會考慮再訂房

酒店地理位置很好！處在檳城的老城區、周邊超市商場林立，購物很方便！服務周到、熱情！下次還會繼續入住該酒店！

service was excellent, with prompt and helpful replies via whatsapp. room is very clean, luxurious and well-equipped with numerous amenities ranging from hairdryer to power bank. would highly recommend to all travellers considering a stay in the city center.

非常好，還有地方洗衣服，一切都非常棒

裝修如圖實拍， 洗衣烘衣服務好評。 房間不大，光污染非常多，鏡子，電器設備各個都把夜晚照得鋥亮。 窗簾是捲簾，留着左右兩條大縫，一早就被亮醒。同幢樓有很多民宿，衹有這家窗簾是捲簾，無法完全遮光，非常影響休息。
