Incroyable ! On a adoré notre séjour ! Tout était super ! Réelle qualité de service ! L’emplacement, l’hotel, les chambres, le temps ☀️ et surtout le personnel !! Un merci tout particulié à Nitsa, Nikos, Maria, Pakis et biensur tous les autres qui ont su rendre notre séjour inoubliable ! Thanks you very much, we’ll come back 🥰

Always a great pleasure to come to this paradise. We have been coming back for several years because we find calm, cleanliness, magnificent infrastructure but above all a lovely, helpful and professional staff. A huge thank you to the manager Mrs. Nitsa always with a smile and great care for her customers. We had the chance to meet the owner who is just like his hotel, very welcoming and who thinks of only one thing, seeing his customers happy. Thanks a lot ! You really at the TOP

Mir selbst war das Hotel bereits bekannt, da ich vor 2 Jahren mit einem Freund bereits für 10 Tage dort war. Da ich dieses Jahr alleine in den Urlaub bin hab ich mich, da ich alles kannte und beim 1. mal schon sehr begeistert war erneut für das Gaia Palace entschieden. Diesmal war es so, dass ich zwar ein Doppelzimmer gebucht habe, dann aber vom Hotel aus ein Upgrade auf das Deluxe Zimmer bekommen habe, evlt. um dort einfach die Zimmer voll zu machen, wer weiß. Aber ich war darüber sehr dankbar. Zusätzlich, erkannte man mich wieder und brachte an meinem 1. Abend eine Flasche Wein u. einen Käseteller in mein Zimmer als Dank dafür, dass ich mich erneut für dieses Hotel entschieden habe. Die Gastfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist weiterhin fantastisch, der Restaurant-Manager ist bei den Mahlzeiten immer dabei und begrüßt die Leute und scheint immer gut gelaunt. Die Damen u. Herren der Rezeption waren immer freundlich und bemüht jede Angelegenheit zu klären. An der kleinen Poolbar im "Neubau" arbeitete ein Junger Mann namens Klaerd. Dieser hat mir den Urlaub wesentlich angenehmer gemacht, man konnte super mit ihm quatschen und viele Scherze machen. Das Essen war meiner Meinung nach ebenfalls top. Klar war es kein Sterne-Restaurant, aber man darf nicht vergessen dass ein "griechischer" Standard eines 5* Hotels nicht gleich der "deutsche" Standard ist. Dies variiert von Land zu Land. Trotzdem war für jeden immer was dabei, es gab ausreichend Auswahl. Auch die Themenabende der Küche waren reichlich gespickt mit verschiedenen Gerichten die dann nach z.B. Italienischer Art zubereitet waren. Insgesamt war es für mich ein Super Erlebnis, auch durch die vielen Menschen die ich nun kennengelernt habe. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen und kann dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

Ok, pros and cons unfortunately. The hotel definitely 5star, exceptionally clean and spotless. The manageress, a lovely woman who oozes sophistication and class and seems highly respected by her staff. All staff members, bar tenders and cleaners fall over themselves to assist you in any way. Pool clean and no litter. Cons. The food lacked in flavour and was merely warm. The Chinese beef lacked in flavour and spice and was bland. The all inclusive beer wasn’t very good and even tasted like soda water with a hint of beer ! The spirits available again lacked taste. If you wanted branded drinks I.e Mythos 6 euros or for 24 euro per person per day you could have named alcohol. For such a lovely hotel, there were a few let downs. However a pleasant relaxing stay. Would we go again? Probably but may hire a car and have evening meal out.

5*??? Das Mittag- und Abendessen, sowie das dazugehörige Restaurant-Personal mindert alles. TK-Food, Fleisch/Fisch tot gebraten-falls überhaupt frisch, Gemüse (Rosenkohl und Leipziger-Allerlei, Erbsen & Möhren) wer brauch das in GR? Schade um den Rest der Anlage!

We went to Kos for the first time and chose GAIA PALACE . On Arrival. We walked into the most stunning entrance. From that moment, it just got better and better. We were taken to our room by the handsome Porter who carried our luggage ( not easy as I pack for every eventuality. 475 .oh, how beautiful. Overlooking a pool .Stunning Room. We had a walk around the hotel. Where do I start. Pools. Restaurant. Bars. Spa. There are plenty of sunbeds. There is no need to save. The staff at the bars were so friendly. The restaurant had all my favourite things salads fruits Yougart. Meats. Vegetables. Multiple choices of items. So much choice in where to sit. Again the staff couldn't do more. On our days there we visited the beach. The Animals. Crazy golf ,Boules. We saw the sunset while drinking a delicious cocktail 🍸 😋 We went into the city 3 times there's a bus in the morning takes and picks up. We went across to Turkey on a day trip. Thursday evening is Greek night. All the staff put on the most wonderful barbecue. They dance .They were truly magnificent. Our sweet Chambermaid Luna, who kept our room sparkling. With sweet arrangements on our bed. I have stayed in lots of places in The Canaries. Nothing has come close to this place. Maria who is also rather beautiful. Was helpful in arrangements. The poolbar guys .absolutely brilliant. There isn't a single thing here I could alter. It wasn't just me . People who we sat with at night people we met around the pools. We all loved this truly magnificent hotel. We will obviously come back here at Gaia PALACE. Thank you all, and a huge thank you to the beautiful manager behind the scenes. Checking everything is ok.
