Blue Lagoon Resort - All Inclusive

Eine wirklich große Anlage, gutes freundliches Service, mit sehr vielen Pools (von ruhig bis aktiv & lustig) Es gibt eigene Pools für Kinder, aber auch Pools wo nur für Erwachsene sein dürfen. Dem typischen Animationsprogramm am Pool und am Abend kann man auf Grund der Weitläufigkeit der Anlage leicht ausweichen, es gibt mehrere Lokale wo man am Abend noch was trinken kann. Es gibt ein Golfcar-Service in der Anlage, was durchaus praktisch ist. Strand und Meer : netter langer Sandstrand und Liegen (Zu den Preisen kann ich nichts sagen) Meer soweit sauber ** Zimmer ** Wir waren im hinteren Bereich der sehr großen Hotelanlage, die Zimmer waren soweit OK und soweit sauber, für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern perfekt. Zum Hauptgebäude war es ein kleiner Spaziergang, aber man ist im Urlaub. ** Aktivitäten in der Nähe ** Es ist ein All-Inklusive Hotel , d.h. in der Umgebung ist wenig los, Abgesehen von Meer & Strand - Man kann sich ein Fahrrad leihen und ist nach einer gemütlichen Fahrt in Kos Stadt ** Speisen und Getränke ** Essen Zusammengefasst: Durchwachsen Die Zielgruppe sind nicht unbedingt Österreicher und Deutsche, Ich hab die einzelnen Restaurants die es im Resort gibt auch noch extra bewertet, es gibt Unterschiede. Leider wenig typisch griechische Küche, dafür allerlei Speisen quer durch Europa es ist die Quantität und nicht die Qualität die das Essen beschreibt - Positiv ist das große Salatbuffet Getränkeauswahl (siehe Fotos) war OK für uns, die Kinder waren zufrieden und haben gerne die anti-alkoholische Cocktails getrunken. Die Auswahl und Qualität der Alkoholischen Cocktails war für ein All-Inclusive Hotel angemessen. Je ne comprends pas les ratings très négatifs sur cet hôtel . Nous avons eu une offre last minute avec une amie et au vu des ratings on avait un peu peur . Certe , le prix plein peut être un peu excessif ? Nous sommes parties hors saison et c était bien agréable et calme . Voici pour moi les points positifs : - hotel très propre et bien agencé . - joli cadre et piscines . - proximité de la plage agréable avec Petit bar . - ambiance moderne , environnement attrayant et lumineux . - des chats - la chambre que nous avons eues étaient partie adult only : un havre de Paix et belle vue piscine . - piscine couverte et spa très agréables - spectacles en soirée chouettes -plusieurs restaurants - restaurant chinois décentré, très bon . La meilleure expérience gustative de l hôtel ! - complexe aquatique (un peu décentré pour les enfants ). - petites voiturettes qui vous conduisent partout ds le complexe . - centre de Cos proche à pied et agréable . - cake et crêpes de l après-midi très savoureux . - chambre très agréable et très bien nettoyées. Points négatifs : - cocktail du all in pas toujours top et trop sucrés . Certains Meilleurs suivant le barman . Les barmans ne connaissent pas leurs cartes souvent . Alcools locaux moyen . - buffets répétitifs et manque de saveurs . Les crudités sont très bonnes . Les plats se ressemblent ( notamment pour les préparations de viandes en sauces ) . Ce n est pas catastrophique non plus , mais ça pourrait être plus savoureux . Mais le kebab est bon ( on est sauvé!) . - restaurant grecque sans intérêt gustatif. Une tristesse . Celui là, il est pas top du tout ! On a changé de resto . - les desserts sont industriels ? En tout cas pas terribles ( gelées Et Gâteaux sans goût .) En résumé : nous avons passé un très bon séjour , rapport qualité / prix ( offre -35%) intéressant . La nourriture n était pas LE point exceptionnel , mais on trouvait néanmoins satisfaction basique . Détente, piscine , promenades , soirées spectacle. En été peut être est ce bruyant ? Hors saison nickel .

Nie wiem dlaczego hotel ma takie dobre opinie. Jak dla mnie jedynym plusem tego obiektu były smaczne naleśniki. Woda w basenach strasznie zimna, nawet w brodzikach. Obsługa pracująca tam za karę. Jedzenie zjadliwe ale typowo stołówkowe, czyli wszystkie dania smakowały tak samo. Drinki okropne, syrop z wodą i trochę alkoholu. O napojach nie wspomnę. Brak butelkowanej wody - trzeba było kupować sobie samemu w sklepie. Bardzo duży obiekt, trzeba było naprawdę dużo się nachodzić zeby dojść z pokoju do stołówki. Owszem jeździły meleksy, ale wciąż były zajęte (mimo że to nie był sezon wysoki). Grecja jest przepiękna, ale niestety hotele to straszna jej zmora. Hotel nie należał do najtańszych, i niestety nie chcemy tam wracać.

Hotel rated 4/5 star. I'd rate it at 2/3. Washing basin in room, which was alright. But had to live out of a suitcase as there where NO draws. Food was not a lot to chose from. Restaurant was cramped. Best food where the themed ones. All pools where freezing. Not good for the heart. Reception area had no relaxing sofas, just plastic chairs. If you make friends with the bar staff your laughing.

First of all daily service of the rooms was great. Big resort with animation team and many activities going on. Very family friendly hotel…many areas, special swimming pools for kids, playgrounds….there were many parents relaxing while kids were constantly busy. Food was ok, given the fact that many ethnicities were there and had to be accommodated…. Seaside in front of the hotel had a massive rock plate that made difficult to get in…nearly broke my hand one day. For this they had a special two docking platform, a permanent one and a moving one to get in the sea….but given the fact it is a bit windy as it faces north…part of the moving platform was very wobbly. Did not like that the umbrellas were charged instead of being free for the hotel guests. Crossing a big road to go to the beach without traffic light was not very safe either…they should built an over the road bridge…. Outside the reception were people waiting for long to get a taxi…is an area with no shade….you are melting in the sun …they need to cover that area. Hotel has italian , chinese and greek restaurants as well. As i said lots of possibilities. Options in the italian were not that many. Given the serious transportation issue that the city of Kos has, they should have buses dropping people on and off to the city center…

Very honest and I feel, reasonable review of the hotel. Accommodation: If you are staying in block 1, check with staff if there are any weddings being held whilst you are there. If there are ~ ask to move. We were kept awake for three nights in a row by loud music (literally vibrating the walls) and fireworks as there were wedding parties held literally next to the block. Fortunately there were no more booked in otherwise we’d have asked to move. The rooms are reasonable but not at all luxurious and there is little space to store things. Just one wardrobe and no drawer space. Shower is lovely but having a sink by the beds is awkward as the room feels constantly messy. But it’s functional. Beds are comfy enough but the sheets aren’t changed during your stay. The hotel itself is very noisy ~ the walls are thin and doors create an echo (each morning the cleaners congregated outside our door from around 7am and the noise woke us up every day) Pool This was the biggest bug-bear … the pool is freezing. I’m not just saying it’s cool, or it’s slightly cold. It’s absolutely freezing. The entire time we were unable to swim because it was just so uncomfortable. It’s a shame as the pool is so lovely and I adore swimming but it’s like an ice bath. The pool for the most part was empty as everyone else complained too. The staff nodded when I mentioned it, like it was just something they were used to hearing. They really do need to look at sorting this as an unuseable pool really is unacceptable. We bought a lilo so my son could at least get in in some capacity. But it really did dampen the holiday (no pun intended) Food Well. Not great. It’s a buffet, even if you go to other restaurants (apart from the Chinese) and it’s all the same food every day. It’s often tepid and the same food is out for lunch and dinner. The last three days we were there all the restaurants bar one buffet closed and it was dire. It was like the staff had given up. Empty pots left on tables, nobody bringing drinks, half the staff gone. If they are going to keep charging the same rates with less staff and no other restaurants open ~ then they really need to be questioning how fair this is on paying customers. Entertainment The dome for the entertainment was an odd set up. Concrete flooring and plastic chairs with a couple of bars on either side. It felt really cold and uninviting and the speakers were so loud it was reminiscent of the smaller club tents at festivals. We only went once. Drinks I don’t drink and the soft drinks were fine as was the coffee. Waterpark This was a life saver as the water was warmer and so my son actually got to swim and play. It’s a great addition to the hotel and we had two days there. The main waitress was utterly delightful and made our days there so lovely. Crepes were great as was the snack bar. But again, this closed for the last two days which was a bit annoying as we had to trek back to the one buffet to eat the repeated food a
