酒店基本都是半地下室和0層房間，海景露台都是半地下或者正對外面大街上，街對面是海，私人海灘要全包才給服務，可以拿毛巾自己去沙灘。沙灘西北朝向風大浪大，東北朝向就風平浪靜，酒店偏偏西北朝向。同樣價格在Kos北部沿海酒店可以找到更好的，所以性價比不高 泳池很好，拍照好看， 房間內部傢俱比較舊了 飯質量一般，吃飽可以

When you first arrive at the hotel you have to draw a breath. It looks incredible. Grand, opulent, amazing water features. It really does blow you away. The room itself was excellent, size wise up there with some of the best places we have stayed. BUT did this carry through over to absolutely everything? Unfortunately not based on our experience. What makes the really good places great is the attention to detail, the small things and that’s where we felt this hotel missed the mark. Let’s start with the positives: - Aesthetically the hotel is stunning - Spotlessly clean - Snack bar great and easily accessible - Easy to get a sunbed and the pools are beautiful. - Rooms are excellent and roomy with lots of space for a family of 4. - Facilities in the room were excellent and easily rivalled other 5* resorts we have stayed at. - Pool bar staff are all excellent and doing a great job. - Animation team did a great job and worked their guts off each night. Credit to them for dealing well with the loud mouth Brit family knocking back Ouzo and beers from 9am that wanted to make themselves part of the show (These people are why we are hated so much in other parts of the world….) Now the negatives: - It’s not a 5 star resort - 3 at best in terms of service and extra touches you would expect but it has so much potential. - The hotel seems to be having an identity crisis. Is it a luxury spa hotel for adults? Is it for families? The resort itself is stunning but doesn’t seem to know what it is and as a result isn’t doing anything 100% well. - No water in room on arrival until we asked Christoss who kindly went out and sorted some for us. - A la carte restaurants are mediocre fair at best - not a cut above the main buffet experience, which it should be - and we were told that because it was complimentary we couldn’t really complain. Our Chicken was undercooked and like jelly, the wine was like drinking window cleaner. All things were raised with the restaurant in question and guest services. - Buffet is constant re-heats and a truck load of carrots in various forms. Why so many carrot dishes - menus stated that there were themed menus but never seen this ie Italian theme/ Asian theme it was all the same each night and options where minimal but you could always count on plain pasta and Bol sauce - End of season feel, with the exception of entertainment staff. We never experienced this at a different resort in Rhodes at the same time last year. - Clean the pools at the end of the day. The baby pool was sat full of all sorts of stuff and it was just left in there - The app is pointless, booked up for an a la carte meal to be told our booking had been refused. Update the app. If a time isn’t available get your apps dev team to implement a real time booking update system So that unavailable times aren’t listed. We seen numerous family’s have the same issue. - When the entertainment team get a well deserved break during the week there is nothing. Why not hire a ban

My fiancé and I stayed at Pelagos in Kos for our first-ever holiday together, and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. As a vegan and a vegetarian, we were pleased with the food options at the hotel, which catered really well to plant-based diets. However, our only suggestion would be to include some vegan desserts! Otherwise, we enjoyed every meal, and having Nani as our waiter was a highlight. Nani’s attentive and friendly service made our meals extra special, and we looked forward to sitting in his section each night. At the bar, Austen was another standout. He was so friendly and easy to chat with, making each drink feel like part of the experience. Speaking of drinks, the cocktails were delicious and nicely crafted. During our stay, I had a medical emergency due to a bad allergic reaction to a bug bite. Thankfully, the guest relations manager, Fatima, took incredible care of me during a stressful time. She spoke calmly to me, reassured me while we waited for a doctor, and even followed up the next day to see how I was doing—a level of care I won’t forget. The entertainment crew brought a lot of energy to the place, especially Dominika, who was warm, enthusiastic, and really got people engaged. Carly, the host at the restaurant, was equally memorable. She noticed my band shirt and, to my surprise, recommended some great local metal music for us to check out—a thoughtful gesture that made me feel even more at home. Overall, the hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and incredibly friendly. With great drinks, excellent food options, and standout service from Nani, Austen, Fatima, Dominika, and Carly, Pelagos gave us an experience we’ll cherish. A big thank you from Katie and Jake.

Words just can't describe the relaxation you get at the hotel's spa. The girls there, where so polite and helpful. I tried the full body massage. Jasmine was such a professional and knew exactly where to press to make me relax. Definitely recommended!! Also don't miss the sushi, the salads and the amazing sweet desserts served at the main buffet. Will be coming back soon ☺️

Wij waren voor de 4de maal te gast in dit fantastisch hotel! Weeral werden we er verwend door het professioneel maar zeer vriendelijk personeel - van guest relations-dame Fatma tot serveersters Emi, Katarina, Marina en al hun andere collega's! Kamers zeer netjes, keuken lekker,..... Onze volgend verblijf in mei 2025 is reeds geboekt!!

We have enjoyed a second visit to this wonderful hotel. The customer service starts from the moment your arrive and we were so surprised by the special note and bottle of wine in our room welcoming us back. We were even recognised by members of staff in the dining room and felt like we being welcomed back by friends. The food choice was first class and nothing was ever too much trouble for all the staff in the restaurant. We took advantage of the free meal options to us as guests on the all inclusive option and had a meal in both the onsite Greek and Italian restaurant. The hotel booked a trip for us to see the sunset a Zia. We had a good evening but it does tend to get very busy there at sunset. We enjoyed lazing on the hotel sunbeds on the beach and a big thank you to the man running the beach bar. He again had first class customer care and by just talking to members of staff you can learn so much. Rooms are big and the hotel had been able to give us rooms in the area we had requested. There is an adult only pool area and there was nearly always sun beds available here. The choice of drinks and snacks included in our package meant you could never be hungry. A first class hotel and I am lucky to say we shall definitely be returning in 2025.

From start to finish beautiful luxurious friendly hotel.staff could not do enough for me and wife guest relations very approachable greeted me and my wife every day with lovely smiles always enquiring if we were enjoying our selves which we did and as such already booked for 2026 14 nights again so looking forward to next time.so thank you for great holiday

Extremely disappointed with this hotel to be honest. Other than the staff working hard to keep it clean we found the following was a huge problem. We paid for junior suite with sea views! Unless you stand on the bed you can't see much at all. We also got woken up 1st 2 days by LOTS OF CHICKENS, waking you up rawping at 4-5am then continue through till mid morning, they offered us another room which we really had no choice to take being kept awake, this was a down grade in rooms with very limited facilities compared to what we paid for, to compensate we asked for late check out which was agreed only to be given an 80 euros bill on check out! Also found unless your tipping the restaurant staff you only get a table outdoors! By the time you get your dinner it's cold. The dining area has very few indoor spaces and if you go at 7-8 you find yourself waiting in line for a table. SPA is terrible, very outdated and old, paid for pool sauna steam 40 euros the steam and sauna didn't work, gave us pass for next day the sauna tripped 3 times and steam didn't work, no refund available 😳 Bar staff must be fed up with it being end of season, they just couldnt be bothered and when a tip is in hand by other guests they serve them 1st we found this very rude considering it cost us over £2.5k for the week! Beach is derelict with one row of beds......before the hotel respond with the same response! " sorry to here your disappointed hope you return" you would need to pay us to cone back, maybe offer a return of money due to all the issues we had. I will be writing to Tui with full complaint as this was the touch of the iceberg.

Dit is ons t****e keer verblijf op dit resort. Geweldig resort voor een relaxte, all inclusive vakantie met top service! Alles is schoon, iedereen is vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar. Receptie is snel te bereiken, evenals de cleaning service en overige faciliteiten. Zwembaden zijn altijd schoon, er valt overal een hapje eten te halen en het programma voor animatie is variërend en entertaining voor jong en oud! Ook de spa heeft veel te bieden en de masseuses hebben veel aandacht en professionaliteit voor jou. Speciale dank naar Austin, de bartender en ober! Minpuntjes: - druk tijdens eetmomenten, soms sta je in de rij buiten te wachten op een plek. - in drukke periode (vakanties) niet altijd ligplekken bij zwembad. - thema’s van avondeten zijn herhalend, niet heel veel variatie.
