This trip was honestly perfect. The hotel itself was beautiful: the rooms, the pools, the activities. Everything was amazing. But what made it unforgettable were the people. Annecia and Riggs were SO much fun. They were always dancing, singing, playing games with us… they made us laugh and feel totally welcome. I genuinely loved every moment with them! 🥹 Giorgios N was super kind and also made us feel at home, and I really appreciated Billy, who was always working hard and helping everywhere. And The Legends show? WOW. The singing and dancing were incredible. So much talent and such a fun vibe! I’m already missing it. Thank you for making this trip so special! 💛

Belles et grandes chambres confortables, restauration de qualité, personnel respectueux et serviable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'équipe d'animation, très dynamique et multidisciplinaire. Aussi bien pour les activités de sportives en journée que pour les soirées, tous les âges s'y retrouvent. Seul bémol : le restaurant à la carte propose trop peu de sel par rapport à la taille de l'hôtel. Nous n'avons pas réussi de réserver, toutes les dates étaient prises jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour.

I came with my partner, daughter and mother. We loved the hotel and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with nice sized balconies with a side sea view. There was no fighting to get sunbeds which made a nice change. Pool areas were both good. Plenty of shaded areas too if you needed a break from the sun. Evening entertainment was also varied and good with a lovely atmosphere. We went all inclusive (still went out for a couple of meals which was lovely) the breakfast was my favourite but all in all nice fresh food with stuff being cooked there and then too. Plenty of snacks at the upstairs pool area and plenty of ice cream. We also booked the roof top terrace which was very nice, you get one free 3 course meal within your stay and pay for the drinks. Sunsets from here are just beautiful. I can’t remember everyone’s names but special shout out to Tony from the roof top terrace. George from the bar downstairs and of course the lovely Billy who constantly made sure tables were clean, he’s a lovely man. We enjoyed our stay, everyone was super friendly and made our stay lovely. The buggy is a bonus to take you down to the beach bar and bring you back. Taxis pretty reasonable into Mastichari and we also hired a car for the day which was great and very reasonable. We did the 3 island boat trip which was brilliant and I would recommend for 40 euros per person it is great value. The only one thing I would say is on arrival after a long, hot journey and just wanting to get to room and freshen up, I would prefer if staff booked you in, rather than be given an iPad to have to fill in all your details. Other than that thank you to everyone and we had a wonderful time
