If you are going to listen to a review, then please listen to this and save your hard earned money and do not go to this hotel. There is an open sewer at the back of B Block which is classed as being the best rooms and the smell is disgusting. We arrived late at night and I was actually gagging at the smell, it was a mixture of poo and urine, we could not see the sewer works in the dark but in the morning you could see the whole thing. An actual sewerage system above ground, steaming and liquid swirling. We asked for a move and the Australian lady who was the hotel's customer service while at first seeming very nice, was clearly well versed in fobbing complaining holiday makers off. She said if we wanted a move away from the smell then we could only downgrade and we would have to sign something to say we agreed to this, we had already been there a couple of days and were only there for a week so we decided to stay in our room which at least had a sea view, as the rooms around the hotel, away from the smell, where quite honestly depressing. There was no entertainment and the main bar in the hotel was miserable, the pool bar was nicer at night but again no entertainment even though there was plenty of room there and every night it played to most awful AI generated music, so there was no ambience at all. No ambience in restaurant either, the staff worked really hard and there was lots of choice, but just too much, if they had concentrated on quality rather than quantity it would been much better. At least you could not smell the sewer in the restaurant though. No Prosecco on all inclusive and no snack at all! We had a late flight home and the Australian lady promised us we could have a late checkout so that we could shower and change, but on the actual day we were told we could not have a late checkout, and the hotel did not provide a room for its guests to shower and change in. Again, customer service lady said there were showers in the hotel that we could use, but we later found out that was a lie. It was boiling and we were not getting picked up until 9 pm, so obviously we wanted to have a swim, so knew we would need a shower. When it came to getting our shower and getting changed, we asked reception where the showers were in the hotel as mentioned by customer service lady and they said there were none in the hotel and pointed outside, saying downstairs, turn right, we looked, could not see any showers, went back to reception, they again pointed, we still could not see them, went back again, reception staff basically looked totally bored and did not attempt to help at all. Turns out the showers they were talking about were in fact underneath the stairs and were showers being used by everyone at the hotel pool. There were two enclosed dark showers with no changing room, no air conditioning and a q
