Sevi Apartments

I stayed there for one week. Apartments were clean & spacious. Beds & towels changed regularly. Basic cooking facilities & a balcony. There is a restaurant/ snack bar on site too, busy most nights. Everyone I met were nice & friendly. There are supermarkets & bus stops not far away too. Beach within 5mins walk.

What a fantastic family, were so helpful and kind and our stay despite being in the ground floor basic room was lovely-only criticism is the bathroom should really at least have the shower head raised/fixed on wall as makes showering for us older ladies hard lol! We will be back though to the refurbished 1st floor rooms, great hosts and perfect location and everything we needed :)

Just returning from three weeks at the Sevi Apartments in Kefalos ......we had a marvelous time . These neat and tidy apartments were just perfect for our needs . Kept clean and tidy by a friendly and efficient lady who always greeted us with a cheery 'Kali Mera' , we had plenty of room both inside and especially outside . The lovely Politis family who run the apartments and the Snack bar Sykaminia are a credit to their island and offer the type of friendly and welcoming hospitality that Greece is famous for . Demitrius, Anna and Sakis who bring that same charm to Sykaminia will make you want to return again and again , and Yiannis and his lovely wife are constantly on hand to ensure that the apartments and the outside area are always as you would expect . There is no pool but you are welcome in the Zeus hotel next door , but this also leaves the Sevi Apartments all the more quiet and relaxing . Jims supermarket is less than 100yrds away , as is the bus stop and direct access to the beach a little over 200 yrds . Like so many happy people , we are returning again for our third stay this Sept, and we cannot wait .

Had a fabulous last minute break here before the season end. Lovely family run business - apartments and bar. We were made to feel so welcome and enjoyed our early evening drinks with Yiannis and his family and staff. Everyone was super friendly and kind. The apartments are recently refurbished and provide everything you need for a short break, including regular laundry changes and room cleaning. Thank you Dimitris, Yiannis and all the crew at Sevi’s for a perfect break away.

Abbiamo soggiornato io e mia mamma al Sevi Apartments nel periodo 18-25 giugno 2023. Al nostro arrivo siamo subito stati accolte calorosamente da Sevi e i suoi fratelli che si occupano, insieme ai genitori, personalmente della struttura. La posizione è strategica per la vicinanza alle spiagge più belle di Kos e per la scelta di ristoranti, bar, supermarket e car rental a pochi passi dagli appartamenti. Gli appartamenti, piccoli ma funzionali, sono inclusivi di cucina attrezzata, bagno, camera da letto e piccolo patio delizioso per gustare in tranquillità colazione mattutina o cena dopo una lunga giornata fuori casa. La pulizia della camera veniva fatta ogni due giorni con cambio di asciugamani e lenzuola. Piccola pecca nella nostra camera è stato il bagno in quanto era modesto di dimensioni e poco funzionale la doccia (c’è da sottolineare però che nelle altre camere il bagno è stato ristrutturato). Il bar annesso alla struttura offriva possibilità di colazione pranzo e cena a prezzi molto onesti e soprattutto appetitosi! Ringraziamo Sevi, Dimitri e Kostas per la gentilezza e la disponibilità nei nostri confronti! Sicuramente ritorneremo. Greta e Elisabetta

Shown to our room and told that there was an electrical fault. We were also informed to keep the doors closed at night due to the mosquitoes (they still got in). The unpacking started the electrician arrived to sort our problem. During the week we had drilling ,banging and water from the above balcony while they were readying the upstairs apartments and cleaning. The local cockerels started crowing at about 04-30 hrs, so no peace. The apartment had a two ring hotplate and kettle only. Limited other equipment. The shower flooded the bathroom and had to be handheld. There was limited privacy as if anyone walked by and looked in the kitchen window they would have been able to see you coming out of the bathroom (not a pretty sight). If you were on the bed people could see you as they walked by also. Very few bars or restaurants open nearby, so you needed to be mobile. We finished up hiring a car because of this. No wi-fi either during our stay.. If we ever go back to Kefalos it would have to be later in the year as things were not open . Would hire a car from the airport for the duration of the holiday and stay elsewhere.
