Peridis Family Resort

Definitely five stars for me although not a five star hotel. That's because it's human face is much nicer than a stuffy five star hotel. Firstly, the work ethic of the staff is faultless, whatever their role they are completely on it. Special mentions for above and beyond go to Panos in the Fitness zone, Cristina for Greek lessons and Peter for his music choices. The entire complex is spotlessly clean, even the pavement between the buildings. Location is ideal if you need a quiet side street with handy 5 minute walks to supermarkets, takeaways, shops, restaurants, bike & car hire, the promenade and the Jet2 pick up for trips. A longer 20 minute stroll gets you to the shenanigans and partyboats in Kos Town. Alternatively, you could stay at base camp and enjoy the pools, the sport facilities and the adults only sunbeds. Food choices, bar services etc - no issues. Finally, do your research on the variety of suites, our Comfort suite with pool view was excellent, well equipped, spacious, double aspect, two balconies , room 1201. However, some suites were not as good in terms of outlook and some were higher and bigger. So a brilliant holiday, well recommended but be specific and check, get a suite that suits your needs. Best holiday we have ever had and will be returning to the Peridis. Its hard to name best staff as they were all brilliant. apartment was left spotless every day, cleaner even folded my husbands dirty washing. Reception staff couldnt do enough. Bar staff all friendly and efficient. Peter even remembered our name 4 days in. Resort is also spotless. Near to everything we needed. If there was a 10* rating this would be it.

Currently still staying here. The hotel and staff are fantastic however it would be helpful if they could politely address some guest issues. Here with 2 children (9 and 11) and twice now an elderly couple, without children, sat around the family pool when the life guards have brought equipment out for water polo, have taken it off children and sworn at them for splashing too much. There is another larger pool less than 10m away that doesn't have sports activities and plenty of sunbeds. There is also an adults only area. Yet guests choose to lay next to the family / sports pool and swear at children. I've now spoken to staff three times and there is reluctance to suggests to the guests who don't like being splashed that maybe move 1 row back or to another area. It's a family resort so if you don't like children playing perhaps go to an adult only?!

Tek kelime ile harika bir otel. Öncelikle otel personeli çok güler yüzlü ve eğitimli. Hiç bir sorunuz yanıtsız kalmıyor. Resepsiyon her konuda 7/24 yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyor. Aynur Hanım çok güler yüzlü ve sanki bir rehber gibi her konu ile ilgili bilgi veriyor ve yönlendiriyor. Kendisi nerede yiyin derse orada yemek yiyin, emin olun çok mutlu olacaksınız. Ayrıca odalar son derece temiz ve bakımlı, restoranda yemekler çok lezzetli ve servis harika. Tüm servis personeli güler yüzleri ile hemen yanınızda. Akşam oteldeki eğlence de oldukça keyifli. Bu arada lojistik olarak da oldukça güzel konumda. 6 Euro vererek, liman bölgesine ulaşabilirsiniz. Çocuklar için oyun parkları, spor alanları ve ayrıca çocuk havuzları da var. Biz çok mutlu olduk, kesinlikle bir dahaki gidişimde de orada kalacağım. Şehrin ortasında bir "vaha" diyebiliriz !!!!!

Excellent Resort to Stay for families. First time as a family we went to greece and stayed at Peridis Family Resort and i must say what an excellent stay we had, the staff was really helpful and pleasent always ready to help, always smiled, enjoyed our stay and the resort is very clean we had Executive room as a family and its big with Private pool as a luxury. We will be looking again to use the same resort in future for sure.

Nice, but maybe not next time. Clean and comfy rooms, superb service staff, great breakfast, corridoors and lifts were a bit crampy. Our room had a small unlocked hatch that led directly to a narrow service shaft several floors deep, which was narrow enough to fit our toddler. I don’t understand why these ”family resorts” have some less than average one man band playing ”evergreens” with a deafening volume, when it’s time for kids to sleep.
