Philippion Citi Hotel

Non ho mai provato un hotel così terrificante. Cambio lenzuola in una settimana, mai fatte. Capelli, non miei, ovunque. Quando l’abbiamo fatto presente, la signora mi ha urlato contro dicendo “WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? IT’S CLEAN!” e, andando via, mentre la guardavo dallo spioncino, mi ha anche fatto un gesto affatto carino. Delle colazioni che dicono disponibili, non c’era nulla, a qualsiasi ora, dalle 8:00 alle 10:00, sempre vuoto. Della piscina, neanche l’ombra. La finestra della nostra camera, facilmente raggiungibile dal balcone accanto, rimaneva aperta e non si chiudeva. Potrei allegare tante foto, ma non vorrei urtare lo stomaco sensibile di alcuni utenti

We went as a couple for a vacation to several Greek islands, at the island of Kos we chose the Philippion hotel to stay for two nights and thankfully it was only two nights. I would like to mention that, before we made the reservations, we looked at different websites for various opinions about the hotel and that is why at the time of booking we asked for our accommodation to be in the renewed space of the Philippion hotel. I was answered that it would be dependent on the availability at the time of my reservation. Firstly, we had some difficulty finding the establishment because the hotel's facade did not correspond at all to the images that had been provided to us through the website where we made the reservation. When we found the hotel, we saw that it is not as "modern" as the images provided by its management appear. When we arrived at the room we were schoked because it had nothing to do with what we were expecting. The room was dirty, it was small and the bathroom was disgraceful. Secondly, this is a hotel that does not focus on resting its guests, as the cleaning staff at 8:50 am were knocking on the door to come and "clean" the room, yes, I put cleaning in quotes because they just made the beds. The bath towels were not even changed. We usually leave the towels that are to be changed in a corner of the room floor so that the staff can distinguish them more easily. In this case, the employees took the used and dirty towels and put them back on the bed. The price we paid for our stay was not cheap, which is why I was so outraged by this experience. Finally, we were led to think that this hotel had a swimming pool, which is completely false. When we asked about the pool, they told us that it was a mistake on the part of travel agencies and that they are tired of saying that they don't have a pool, which doesn't really add up because we made reservations individually and even here on Tripadvisor they say that this establishment has a pool. . Without a doubt, we do not recommend nor will we return to this hotel whose real name we do not even know, it was a horrible experience.

Le foto che pubblicizzano l’hotel nei siti non corrispondono alla realtà, l’hotel non dispone di una area relax, le foto che si vedono anche qui su Tripadvisor sono del ristorante che non è dell’hotel e che fornisce la sala interna per la colazione. Infatti se vuoi un cappuccino decente visto che sono attività differenti te lo fanno pagare subito senza la possibilità di farlo segnare sulla camera. Colazione veramente di bassa qualità, scarsa, poca scelta, cappuccino schifoso e cornetti immangiabili dal secondo giorno siamo andati sempre in un bar vicino all’hotel. Oltre alla zona relax manca la reception, è presente una persona solo la mattina e la sera dopo le 21, se arrivi di pomeriggio non troverai nessuno. Stanza che puzzava, e non esagero puzzava veramente… materasso ormai da buttare, bagno di uno squallore assoluto, frigorifero che faceva più rumore di un trattore e un forte rumore proveniva dai motori dell’aria condizionata delle altre stanze. Albergo da meno di una stella. Viene venduto come Hotel Infinity e non con il suo reale nome, Infinity cosa ? Forse una fregatura infinita? Albergo da evitare assolutamente, andate lontanissimi da questo posto.

.Sehr sehr schlechtes Hotel , schlechtes unfreundliches Personal, halten nicht was versprechen keine Empfehlung, man wird dort über den Tisch gezogen Vorsicht! Zimmer eine Katastrophe alles kaputt …….

Staff molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile, dal momento che hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta in modo cordiale ed efficiente. Posizione centrale a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla stazione dei bus. Colazione a buffet principalmente continentale.

Siamo stati 10 giorni in questo hotel che a chiamarlo tale è troppo, bettola sarebbe piu indicato. Pulizia inesistente, wifi non funzionante, personale e direttore indecenti. Le camere cadono a pezzi, calcare verde sui lavandini. Al checkin chiedono i soldi subito in contanti senza rilasciare alcuna ricevta. Se mai dovessi tornare a kos andrei piu lontano possibile da questo hotel. Sconsigliatissimo, evitatelo!
