Mitsis Family Village arvostelua

We arrived late Thursday 24th April for a 10 day holiday, whilst there may have been some technical issues with the pool for a couple of days, it was soon resolved. The hotel team are simply the best I have experienced. Nothing is too much for them, all of them are happy, greet you and are really good fun. The rooms are fab, I had an upgrade to superior sea view room with sharing pool and it is simply fabulous. The food is good, whilst it is buffet, there is always something to eat and it’s fresh. Location is great, only a shuttle or short walk from the beach. A massive thank you to Miltos the general manager and the front of house team, you are all amazing and I would highly recommend the family village. You should all be very proud, an amazing holiday and I am sad to be going home.

+ Beautiful hotel staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for all the guests. The room was clean and nice. Food wasn’t perfect but great selection and was very nice. Transport to and from beach was fantastic. - Extra 15€ Per night was a bit of a shock government tax - Arsenal lost.

Beautiful property, comfortable rooms, outside area spacious and tidy

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel (Zimmer Restaurant), größtenteils super freundliches und herzliches Personal. Pool und Strandbereich sehr schön. Nicht viel zu tun in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Für einen entspannten Urlaub aber nicht dramatisch. Wir haben es alles in allem sehr genossen.

Bon séjour Chambre spacieuse, propre mais mériterai une finition plus soignée et un rafraîchissement correct de la salle de bain, dommage qu'il ait encore des rideau de douche (niveau hygiène moyen). Matelas pas top. Personnel correct mais parle majoritairement anglais même à la réception. Petit buffet pas varié mais bonne cuisine. La salle du restaurant est trop petite par rapport au nombre de vacanciers.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt I must with this hotel. Just back from a weeks family holiday and what a special place this is. Check in was fast and welcoming. The rooms were spotlessly clean and refreshed every day by lovely cleaning staff. The stocked fridge was also a nice surprise. The food was good fresh quality with a wide range. I'm a vegan and was pleasantly surprised by the variety. The drink selection was brilliant too! Entertainment at night was great, ranging from circus acts to bands. Location was perfect. So are surrounded by by beautiful scenery yet only a quick cheap bus trip to kardamenia or kos. Taxis are reasonably priced also. The staff at this hotel were amazing. I have never stayed at a place where the staff are so friendly and engaging. They had so much time for the children. And nothing you ask is a problem. You can't walk past without interaction. A special mention to the lady that works on the cocktail bar at night time, unfortunately never caught her name but she was so lovely and made so much time for our baby. Genuinely feels like such a treat to stay at this beautiful place. We hope to go back one day.

Excellent sharing pool! Great reception staff! Julianos on pool bar lovely, frequent beach hopper, food ok not as good as it used to be, I have found this hotel has changed quite a bit since I last came , mitsis need to revert back to how they once was !!

We had a great vacation at family village! Especially the hard working crew, you made us feel welcome right from the start. We enjoyed the incredible views, the nice food and of course the beach! Great service from the reception, Christina thank you, and the driver who takes care of his passengers and plays some nice traditional Greek music. We will return to Mitsis!

Just returned from a week here. Food was nice with plenty of choice. The crepe and ice cream area was great as well as pizza, drinks and wraps/baguettes on the beach. Staff were all really friendly and helpful and hotel was very clean. The beach is very close with a free shuttle if required. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing holiday! Our hotel room had the most amazing view, food was good and staff were great. Everything was just so unreal, definitely a holiday we won’t ever forget Thankyou so much to you all The hill was abit steep but there’s a very regular shuttle to take you up and down. The pools were beautiful but colder than the sea, but we were there in October of that makes a difference Being there the last week of the season I was worried not many places would be open but I was so wrong, if you get the chance to go into Kardamena town I recommend to eat at Portoeye and skala

Chryssa yannis and Christina were absolutely amazing. Really looked after us from start to finish. Amazing hospitality. The food and room was first class. All made welcome and the service was great. Thankyou so much xxx the location was good with easy bus routes but the staff made the holiday
