Nicolas Grand Suites, Adults Only

Lovely hotel with beyomg wonderful staff. Pool area is a bit small, area outside the hotel was a bit strange - farm land but dirt areas with an ocean of plastic & rubbish. Not really the hotels fault but would make a difference if it was cleaned. Beach is a 1 min walk down the road but the free sandy area is quite rocky and not super nice to swim, so we had to rent beach loungers everyday. Just something to be aware of. Breakfast was good but a lot of the hot counter items were cold/luke warm at all times - that could be improved. Staff 12/10

A really lovely hotel. Beautifully decorated, clean, really friendly helpful staff and i got upgraded to a suite which was amazing. The suite had the most incredible view of the sunrise every morning. The hotel was well located. Near the beach and loads of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend

I visited with my sister in June, and we enjoyed it so much that we booked to return. We wouldn't hesitate to come back for a 3rd time, it is really lovely. We enjoy sitting by the pool with the relaxing music. It's a relaxing calm hotel just what we like. The location is good, it's nice to go for a little walk after breakfast and dinner. The food and drink is all great, all the staff are fantastic. I hope they are all having a break now that the hotel is closed for the winter. And I also hope to return again next year

Well, where do I start? It was one of the best hotels I've stayed in abroad. Clean, quiet, amazing, and friendly staff that will do what they can to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. I had emailed the hotel weeks leading up to our stay to request their help in making my Fiancée's birthday the best ever and to help me Re-Propose, as we'vebeen engaged already for 12 years and i was unsatisfiedwith my first one, so Iwanted to correct that. They went above and beyond for us (obviously, with a budget they can do more) but i told them what I wanted and nailed it. Mary, the lady on the front desk, having got wedding planning experience, she really helped me with ideas and getting all the materials ready. During our first day or 2, our AC wasn't working as it should, so we told the front desk, within 20 minutes they were up to check the issue with maintenance and Because they were unable to fix the issue, they moved us to a room with a working AC, within the hour, but only because there was a spare room at the time. But felt confident knowing that if we went to them with an issue, that they would do whatever they could to correct it for us. As we went B 'n' B, we didn't have lunch or dinner at the hotel. But the Breakfast options were very wide, some unusual items that I, myself wouldn't usually have at breakfast, such as Onion rings or spinach pie. We are picky eaters but there was always something to help start our day with. If I ever stay in Kos again, I will definitely return to this hotel.

We have just returned from a thoroughly enjoyable 7 night stay at this wonderful hotel. We found the staff very friendly especially Mary on reception who went out of her way to make sure everyone who stayed there was treated in the same friendly and courteous way. We would fully recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks again for a wonderful holiday we will definitely be returning 😊
