"The staff were very kind and answered our questions carefully. Unfortunately, the location of our room was not open and we could see the garden or pool; there were overgrown trees in front of the balcony, it didn't get much sunlight, and it smelled a bit moldy. It was convenient to have shopping, ATMs, and several restaurants nearby, but unfortunately the nearby Japanese restaurant was closed for renovations and we couldn't use it."

"This is a very comfortable guesthouse-style hotel. The front desk staff are very welcoming and down-to-earth. You can order whatever you want in the restaurant and have it cooked on the spot, so you don't have to worry about pre-made meals. There are also Chinese-speaking staff. Those who aren't fluent in English don't need to worry at all. Although it's a little far from the city center, the city center isn't a major concern in Palau, so it's not a big issue. Overall, it's very cost-effective. I highly recommend booking this hotel for independent travelers to Palau. "All the staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and happy to offer assistance, making our stay very comfortable and pleasant, truly like being at home. The hotel isn't located on the main street, it's quiet and chill, but it's not far from anywhere; everything is within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and offered beautiful sunset views. The breakfast was basic, but the taste was excellent, offering ********* hot dishes. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Palau!"
