Very centrally located at the entrance to Koroni, the guesthouse is located in the middle of a beautiful property with a brilliant view of the sea and the mountains of the Mani. You can reach the town center with its restaurants and shops, as well as the nearby beaches and taverns in just a few minutes. The very well-kept garden and the spacious pool area invite you to relax. The pool is the private pool of the owner couple and can be shared by their guests and tenants of the guest house. Use at your own risk.
The house is renovated and lovingly furnished. Has a large bedroom with a comfortable mattress, walk-in shower and a small bedroom for children, as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. Fitted wardrobes in all rooms offer a lot of space. The living room has a very modern fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and all technical equipment. Washing machine can be used. TV system, WiFi, air conditioning and an open fireplace are available. Bed linen, bath towels, sun beds, cool bags and everything you need on vacation. The master bedroom has a small balcony, from here the garden is directly accessible. Around the house, several romantic seating areas and a covered terrace invite you to pause and relax. Green lawns, herbs, flowers and fruits from the region make the garden unique. In the evening sitting under a huge lemon tree to enjoy a glass of country wine makes this facility a paradise. A high wall and a professional alarm system with video surveillance ensure your safety. There are enough parking spaces within the guarded property. The neighboring house on the property is occupied by the owner couple. German and English speaking very helpful and familiar with the local conditions. The house is cleaned weekly. Perfect tranquility
A beautiful property that surpassed our expectations. The hosts were lovely and were very accommodating of our changing arrival time. Koroni is a short drive away and was one of our favourite places we visited.

Wir hatten 2 traumhafte, erholsame Wochen im Paradies, das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben jeden Tag beim Frühstück die traumhafte Aussicht aufs Meer genossen. In nächster Umgebung sind mehrere wunderschöne Strände, Koroni erreicht man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, ein großer Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.Ingeborg und Karl-Heinz sind super liebe Gastgeber und wir durften uns immer an ihren Feigenbäumen bedienen, sehr lecker! Wir freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen, vielen Dank für alles!Liebe Grüße, Susanne, Michael, Miriam und Melanie

Das Ferienhaus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, auch nachts sind die Geräusche im Haus zu hören. Bei Buchung ist diese Lage anders gekennzeichnet. Die Vermieter wohnen 2m direkt neben dem Ferienhaus. Die Waschmaschine befindet im Anbau, wird von den Vermietern zeitgleich mit benutzt. Im Vermieterhaus ist ein Appartement, das während unseres Aufenthaltes vom Besuch der Vermieter genutzt wurde. Im Garten liegt der Vermieterbereich direkt neben unserem. Der Pool ist ein Gemeinschaftspool und wurde entgegen unserer vor Anreise schriftlich abgesprochenen Vereinbarung auch in unserer Anwesenheit vom Besuch und den Vermietern genutzt, so dass wir teilweise gebeten wurden, den Pool zu verlassen, ebenso durfte unsere Tochter nicht mehr tauchen, da ihre Haare den Pool schädigen würden. Auf dem Gelände stehen Überwachungskameras (5 Stück) mit Lautsprechern , wir wurden nicht über eine Nutzung von Aufnahmen um Einverständnis gebeten, die Kameras waren aber in Betrieb. Man hat draußen keinen Bereich mit Privatsphäre. Die Haustür lässt sich nur halb öffnen. Ein Kasten stand auf dem Dach, der als Marderköderbox erklärt wurde. in der 4. Nacht wurden wir aus dem Schlaf gerissen, da Tiere im Dach scharrten, Geräusche machten, herum liefen. Die Vermieter wurden informiert, mehrfach wurden Handwerker zum Ferienhaus bestellt, nichts half. Wir waren sehr belastet durch die Situation.9 Nächte schliefen wir im Apartment der Vermieter, da im Ferienhaus schlafen durch die Marder unmöglich war.

Schöner Sommerurlaub in Koroni
Wir hatten als Familie eine sehr schöne Zeit in unserer Unterkunft!
Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar.
Die Kameras, die einen in den angemieteten Flächen (Badebereich) filmen haben uns allerdings persönlich sehr gestört.
Der Außenbereich ist sehr weitläufig und man hat einen traumhaft schönen Blick auf das Meer.
Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich nicht in der eigenen Unterkunft und ist nicht frei zugänglich sondern bei den Vermietern im Haus, was wir als umständlich empfanden.
Die Schlafcouch ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt unserer Meinung nach nicht geeignet.
Die Umgebung ist perfekt, es gibt ganz in der Nähe einen Supermarkt und man ist sehr schnell am Meer oder in der Stadt.

Super Lage und ein tolles Haus
Dieses Haus kann man nur empfehlen. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Eine top Ausstattung.Es gab Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme für den Strand, es gab im Bad Shampoo und reichlich Handtücher und in der Küche gab es alles was man braucht...selbst Tupperdosen. Super wenn man Ausflüge machen möchte und was mitnehmen möchte.
Die Besitzer wohnen direkt nebenan, aber wir hatten zu 100% unsere Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist einfach Klasse und auch der Ausblick auf das Meer ist traumhaft.
Man ist in weniger als 10 Min an wunderschönen Stränden, die selbst in der Hauptsaison nicht überlaufen sind. Also wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht,mit tollen Stränden,der ist hier genau richtig.

Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage
Wir waren über Weihnachten und Silvester dort. Das Haus bietet einen guten Komfort (Heizung, offener Kamin und bequemes Bett) und ist in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Pool gelegen.
Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine Unterkunft zum Wohhfühlen
Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit allem was man sich wünscht. Ausstattung umfangreich, alles sauber und ordentlich, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und grandioser Pool mit Ausblick auf‘s Meer. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen.
