The stay was ordinary. The stay was ordinary, the kitchen gets closed at 9:30 pm, (even though the hotels nearby are open till 11:30 pm), which was never communicated to us, once we visited hoskote and came back it was 10pm and we didn’t have anything to eat, had to go out and get parcel

Property is being managed as dim lighting, no activities to engage people, limited food options and inflexible team with zero hospitality. I will divide my feedback into two: facilities: facilities were pretty basic, the rooms didn't had tv, wifi is not stable and no hand towels were provided. We paid 2+1 and when we asked for extra bed, only a mattress was provided. Blanket quality was like roadside blankets. I had requested for iron, to which the manager flatly refused. Food: limited will be a small word, there was only alu parantha, omelette and sandwich. Timings for restaurants were restricted beyond 9:30 in morning as well as in evening. We had a small kid and we were all hungry at 9;30pm, we requested the manager to arrange for something, but the manager was quite inflexible. This property is deserted and you can't step out after 8. It was quite frustrating to sleep without food. Overall, quite a bad experience.

Good cozy rooms with a great view and wide variety of food. We took the kerala room(name as per mmt) without a view, but the good part is that all the various kinds of rooms are grouped in the same area with their own common sitting area, ranging from gazebo to grassy/rocky plains. They also have a swimming pool which is dirty and not maintained, a volleyball net and a restaurant with a great view of the river valley. They do offer room service, as well as tourism packages and bike rental within the location. Even though the bike rental is convenient but slightly expensive i mo but this can be ignored for the price of convenience but the tour packages for north and south hampi are not just overpriced but are charging double. I'd recommend going to the ferry point and crossing ricer to get the same tour of south hampi in half the price and north hampi you can discover on your own and not really worth taking a tour(p. S. Resorts are the only ones providing tour for north hampi, there are no local auto players or cab drivers offering same services for north hampi)

The resort could be easily tracked through google maps and is located at a very beautiful location, right beside the tungabhadra river. The staff was friendly and provided good service through out the stay. The food was good and the rooms were neat and tidy. Overall quite a good experience staying here.
