Ein familiengeführtes Hotel in der Konstanzer Altstadt. Gegenüber beginnt die Fußgängerzone. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und konnten einen kostenfreien hoteleigenen Parkplatz nutzen. Unsere Zimmer lagen in der 3. Etage - leider war kein Aufzug im Haus 🫣, so dass das Hotel für Menschen mit körperl. Beschwerden nicht genutzt werden kann. Das Frühstück war im Zimmerpreis inkludiert. Es gab ein Körbchen mit Brötchen auf den Tisch (etwas old school) und es war klasse, dass es Cappuccino zum Bestellen gab 👌🏼 Wir hatten 2 Einzelzimmer, die zwar recht klein, dafür sehr sauber waren.

L’aspetto esteriore inganna. Hotel vetusto, servizio inesistente; ti danno la chiave la reception a una certa ora va a casa, c’è un distributore automatico per le bevande. La stanza è sembra quella degli hotel yugoslavi all’epoca di Tito. Un cesso di posto pagato fior di quattrini, sarà perché siamo al confine della Svizzera , mah?

As one who seeks small, modest hotels, Hirschen delivers great value for your money. The single room is comfortable, with ample closet space, a desk, and the heating (which was needed) is excellent. Clean, well lit bathroom. The breakfast room is delightful, and the variety of food - and its quality - wouldn't embarrass any hotel. The location, just a five-minute walk from the train station, and surrounded by restaurants and shops and small streets, is perfect. I highly recommend the hotel and look forward to my next stay there

Hotel hat sehr gute Lage: zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Bushaltestelle ist direkt am Bodanplatz. Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück im gemütlichem Frühstücksraum. Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Allerdings hatten wir ein ziemlich kleines Zimmer mit einem noch kleinerem Bad, wo es leider kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten gab. Zudem lag es in der 4. Etage, was mit dem Gepäck (für insgesamt eine Woche) schon anstregend war. Einen Aufzug gibt es leider nicht. Es ist auch sehr hellhörig dort, man konnte die Nachbarn sehr gut hören. Daher fanden wir den Preis auch etwas überhöht. Wir würden das Hotel trotzdem empfehlen, da es nach den Bildern auch größere Zimmer mit größeren Bädern gibt.

Pros - Best location for the old part of the city. Very nice and good mood staff. Spacious room. Air conditioning in the room - quite rare in hotels of this level in Germany. Good breakfast. Real three beds and not a double and a sofa. Cons - No elevator and not that comfortable steps. We had a good surprise that the hotel had some parking spaces but not in sufficient numbers for all guests. Breakfast is really OK but not more than that (No orders for eggs are taken, can have only the eggs in the buffet. One day the waitress told us that there were no more white wheat rolls - only dark wheat). The air conditioning could be stronger.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et à peine plus du port de départ des ferries et du centre ville. Accueil et personnel attentif et charmant. Petits bémols : si le petit déjeuner est varié, copieux et à la demande, le pain n'est vraiment pas terrible ! Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur -mais les bagages peuvent être montés- , et au tout dernier étage la pression de la douche était nettement insuffisante. Au final nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

We loved this hotel! The Location was great and the rooms were so clean and nice. Fruhstuck was ausgezeichnet (perfect) and the staff was so friendly. Thank you for the stay! We had 3 rooms for 2 nights, all of the rooms were fantastic. I recommend this hotel.

Good location, its near the Bahnhof. We had a room with airco, that was pleasant since the temperatures were high during our stay. We had with breakfast. The breakfast was a bit simple. Besides that we missed the coffee and tea opportunity and a small fridge, just to keep some products fresh. The staff was friendly and offered help.

Der Betreiber macht die Sache mit Herzblut, merkt man richtig. Dass man beim Einchecken gefragt wurde, ob die Koffer hochgetragen werden sollen, spricht für sich. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie nehmen ihren Job ernst. Endlich mal KEINE externen Reinigungskräfte, die auf Zeit "abarbeiten" müssen und dabei natürlich bestimmte Standards nicht einhalten können.
