Villa Sunflower Beach Hotel

Отель в целом не плохой. Из плюсов: питание (очень достойное), чистота в номерах (что редкость для отелей такого уровня), хороший ремонт, бесплатный вай фай на всей территории отеля, даже на пляже. Минусы: это пляж!!! И лично для меня он перевешивает плюсы. Был забронирован номер Делюкс, прилетели рано и предложили заселить сразу, но в стандарт. Мы посмотрели его, согласились, он в целом неплохой, в ванной ремонт, все чистенько, да, мебель не новая, но норм. Единственное, кроме жидкого мыла нет ничего. Переселились на следующий день в свой Делюкс, потому что в стандарте балкон выходил на бассейн и днём началась анимация, а мы любители поспать после обеда. Было очень очень громко. В делюксе хороший ремонт, есть чайник, кофе, сливки, чай, принадлежности для душа (мыло, шампунь, гель, кондиционер и бальзам для тела). Правда, кроме чая и воды больше ничего не пополнялось. Ну а теперь самый самый большой минус: это пляж и плохая организация и спекуляция на пляже работниками отеля. Все таки в первую очередь мы едем на море, а не вкусно поесть и попить. И приезжать на море, чтобы бежать в 6 утра занимать лежаки, это треш друзья! Мы приходили на море в 9:30 после завтрака и уже не было свободных лежаков. Прийди на море и почувствуй себя на черноморском побережье, где люди расстилают под палящим солнцем полотенца на берегу моря. При этом куча лежаков, которые якобы заняты, застелены полотенцем, а людей нет, они приходят к обеду, а то и вовсе после него. Также работники пляжа занимают для иностранных граждан Европы лежаки, в том числе кладут свои полотенца и продают их за 2 евро (так что сказать, что шезлонги входят в стоимость тура трудно). Обращались и на ресепшен и к работникам пляжа, бесполезно. В нормальных отелях работники пляжа убирают полотенца, если нет людей, чтобы предоставить лежаки гостям, которые уже пришли на пляж, здесь в точности до наоборот. И люди с детьми под палящим солнцем сидят на берегу. Давайте посчитаем простую математику: в отеле 327 номеров, будем считать, что в каждом номере живут по 2 взрослых человека (это минимум). Итого 654 человека, в полный сезон это будет ещё больше. А на пляже лежаков 180 штук, и примерно столько же на бассейне. Вот и делайте выводы, тут кому что важнее. Лично мы ехали к морю отдохнуть, а не вставать в 6 утра и бежать занимать лежак, это бред какой-то. Ну и вход в моде галька, лучше взять специальную обувь, и в море камни, нужно быть аккуратнее. Для кого-то плюсы перевешивают минусы, а для кого-то наоборот. Решать конечно же вам.

Номер большой, 2 комнаты. Питание нормальное, сауна работала. Тапочек, ванных принадлежности не было. Вход в море с большими камнями, нужна специальная обувь.

Wir kamen als Gruppe von Freunden im Urlaub ins Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir kamen mit 9 Leuten und sie haben sich so gut um uns gekümmert, dass wir an Aktivitäten teilgenommen haben, Yoga gemacht und Volleyball gespielt haben. Es war einer der lustigsten Ferien, die wir hatten. Der Service ist gut, aber die Kellner sind sehr respektlos. Nicht alle, aber leider war dies das Einzige, was wir unseren Freunden nicht empfehlen würden. Er warnte mich, den Teller so schlecht in die Hand zu nehmen, dass ich so etwas noch nie gesehen habe. Ich denke, wir sollten nicht mit solchen Leuten zusammenarbeiten. Ansonsten war das Essen lecker, die Zimmer und das Hotel sehr sauber.

We had a great time when we visited, the cleaners were really nice and friendly, everything was immaculate. From the receptionist to the kitchen staff everyone was super friendly, bar staff were always looking for some way to helpful. Hotel event planners were really helpful and everything was exactly the way they told us!

We arrived at 3 am in the morning. Checking was quick. We were shown to our room. We were able to get a cup of tea. Then had a proper look around later. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Showered was great. Safe in the room which was free and easy to follow instructions on how to set your own code Food. There was plenty of choice on the 3 main meals. Different meat on different days. Snack available. Pizza and ice cream at 3.30 to 4.30 pm Sunbeds you need to be early. By 10am they have mostly gone. Pool is kept well and staff are around picking up empty glasses and rubbish All inclusive drinks are available from 10am to 2am. Beer. Whiskey. White rum. Cocktails. White and red wine Activities in the day are darts. Yoga. Archery. Only one or two shows on the night . But still enjoyable We stayed at this hotel for 15 nights. The staff work really hard. Some speak English. We would stay there again.

Well what can I say we have just returned home from a 10night stay and we had a brilliant time from start to finish room was lovely cleaners were amazing always fresh towels and beds made up food was lovely there was plenty to choose from drinks were also good plenty of choice so thank you so much to everyone for making our holiday one to remember see yous all again soon love Karen and mark ❤️

arrived at 3am ,our room was given to someone else we was told to come at 11am next morning to reception to get our original room. wasted all morning waiting for our room staff at reception were rude especially the old man shouting at us to wait 20 mins in the lobby and taking ages. food is not good nor are the drinks. pool and deluxe room is nice. lifts don’t work which is annoying. hotel rep delboy is a waste of time charges you so much so i recommend going to HTP tours which is walking distance from the hotel to book your excursions! needs more sun beds as they are barely none. wifi is good overall, wasn’t bad just average.

Just got bk the 3 of us the holiday in its self was nice weather warm villa sunflower beach hotel well it's bin ups and downs got there 2am in morning checked in sent to room man let us in carried cases showed us round that I thinks good went look at food on top of restaurant between 11pm and 6am well there was abit of slop in trays so we never had food the hotel was lovely and clean deluxe room all staff seem brilliant ask for help and they try sort you out straight away the food was not a 4 star it was up and down different foods every day did not find anything nice between us all marked up in Russian and Turkish no English the pools was fine and clean around the complex the slides need up dating the the slide pool making a bit deeper should help has theer was to many people banging there feet and knees up the beech complex was good lovely beech offer food on all day that's where we clocked on to kebabs most probably best bit of food we had nice beech just a few stones at waters edge but most of it is normal stand and alot of Russians the entertainment was rubbish unless you can talk russian then you most probably enjoy even a English man in front said talk English got up and walked of and we went after most probably 85% Russian's there over all the best we did like was the room 10 out of 10 it shuts next month for a revamp for 6 months and I am sure it's going under a new name let's hope they can make it that bit extra special to people enjoy abit more Спасибо Да да
