Very Disappointing Stay – Well Below 4-Star Standards, Misleading Advertisement We are currently at this hotel, and unfortunately, it fell far short of the expectations set by its 4-star rating and the advertisement we saw before booking. Having traveled extensively and stayed in everything from budget hostels to luxury resorts across the globe, we can confidently say that this property does not meet the standards typically associated with a 4-star hotel, either in Turkey or elsewhere. WiFi Issues & Hidden Charges The first issue we encountered was with the WiFi. Unlike most hotels that provide complimentary WiFi in common areas, here, WiFi is payable, and there’s no free guest access in the lobby, which is incredibly disappointing for a hotel of this supposed caliber. To make matters worse, we spoke to another dissatisfied client who after paying for the wifi service, were told the payment had failed and were asked to pay again yet money had left their account. This left a bad taste from the start, customer service witnessed was terrible. Reliable internet access is a basic expectation nowadays, especially at a 4-star property. Room Cleanliness & Condition The room itself was a major letdown. It was not only dated but also unclean, which was quite shocking, especially in Turkey, where hospitality and cleanliness are generally high priorities. The balcony door handle was practically falling off, and the main door was barely secured, held together by a single screw on the hinge. We found debris on the sheets when we arrived, making us question whether they had been changed at all. The fridge was in an equally poor state, with a solid block of ice in the icebox and a disgusting yellow film covering the interior. The bathroom was similarly neglected, with a heavily stained toilet seat that clearly hadn’t seen bleach in a very long time. These issues are simply unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4-star. Misleading “All-Inclusive” Package The “all-inclusive” offering was another significant disappointment. We were led to believe this would include a wide range of drinks, but in reality, it was quite limited. The only soft drinks available were carbonated cola and lemonade, and the alcohol selection was sparse—local beer, wine, and vodka were the only options. If you enjoy a variety of cocktails or spirits, be prepared to be disappointed, as vodka is the only spirit offered. This might cater to the hotel’s predominantly Russian and Baltic clientele, but it certainly doesn’t reflect the diverse offerings you’d expect from an all-inclusive package at a 4-star resort. To top it off, if you arrive after midnight, you won’t be able to get any drinks at all, until the morning, which is highly inconvenient. Service Shortcomings We brought our concerns to the reception, particularly regarding the state of the room, but, like many other reviews have mentioned, we were simply told “we’re full,” with no attempt to rectify the situatio

For the price i paid £395 for an inclusive stay for 7 nights i was more than happy. Nice big double room ensuite. Large spacious shower, plenty of hot water. Swimming pool and right on the beach. Plenty of sunbeds. Spacious dining areas. Tea and coffee available all day. Meals were OK there was plenty of food, much the same though each day. Apples and oranges only daily. Free drinks were vodka beer and wine, Not alot of English spoken. Two big shopping malls about 10 minutes walk away.

были с 29.09.24 по 11.10.24 это просто самый ужасный отдых! номера старые, подушки плохо пахнут, в комочках, уборки в номерах нет, полотенца не меняют, постельное белье не меняют! еды много, но она вся некачественная. рыба была за все время нашего отдыха только 3 раза, но мы смогли покушать только 2 раза, т.к. гости просто быстро всё съели и нам не осталось. сервис на нуле: нет погрузочно-разгрузочной зоны для гостей (если вы на такси или на своей машине), персонал обращается как с людьми с улицы. анимация и программы скучные, однотипные. Никому не советую!

Не увидела я плюсов, отель максимум тянет на 3 звезды, если не на 2,5. Погулять вечерами не где, это прямая дорога до ресепшена и обратно и всё. В целом в номере ОЧЕНЬ ГРЯЗНО. По поводу питания удивлена восхищенными отзывами. Питание в отеле никакое, все одно и тоже, иногда давали курицу и рыбу и то сразу набегали люди и была большая очередь, все голодные. Пару раз нас кормили из одноразовых тарелок, а для супа дали пластиковые контейнеры.

Очень хороший отель! Уютные номера с красивым видом, ухоженная территория, расположение отеля в благоприятном районе (рядом с Аланьей), вкусная еда, большой бассейн, чистое, прекрасное море. Анимация просто супер, каждый день новые и интересные программы. Отдельное спасибо за такие крутые шоу Мурату и его команде! Я рекомендую этот отель всем!

Хороший спокойный отель.Большой пляж.Питание свежее разнообразные блюда.Персонал вежливый отзывчивый,общительный .Девочки в хамам супер,после спа процедуры как заново родились.Анимация в этом году просто бомба ,спасибо аниматорам İrem, Murat, Yoldaş, Aziz, Dasha ,заводили взрослых и детей .Расположение удобное,центр торговые центры и базар в шаговой доступности.

Для семейного спокойного отдыха очень даже замечательно! Отдельное спасибо аниматорам за поднятие настроения) развлекали нас как могли, аквааэробика вообще круто спасибо Азизу за это, очень харизматичный парниша. Отдельно спасибо видущему(простите не помню имени) за вечерние конкурсы и юмор, номер скромный без шика,но а что еще нужно если ты там только спишь и принимаешь душ. Еда вкусная,спасибо поварам за вашу работу. Если хотите спокойного отдыха то вам однозначно сюда.

Oh Boy where to start this, first of all I’m a Romanian traveled from Uk, i don’t had any really big expectations, but The hotel rooms are designed in blocks 4 room 1 floor, if you get the first room from the reception you have to walk at least 500 meter to the restaurant to eat and even more to the Beach, Wifi is 10 pounds for a week !! ( don’t forget to keep the password and Log in details because sometimes it’s locked us out and if you don’t have it i have no idea what to do). second problem the rooms are not looking the best the toilet is yellow so far from white. Third problem was the food, so the variety of food let say it was wide range of salads, The meat option is chicken that taste plane like cardboard, other options is like fish with bones inside, beef very limited, no bacon etc, if you expect Lamb shis Kebab or Donner or any other turkish food that is traditional forget about it, ( all the food is cold between 3 minutes max). Fruit options is a lot Apple and Orange that’s it, Forth the desserts were let’s say was okay but the variety was funny, let’s say yesterday you eat the cake with white top and tomorrow you will have the cake with blue top same taste, Drinks oh man :( You will drink from small plastic cups, beer is like carls berg the low alcohol one, Vodka -don’t even try, the Gin tonic was okay if they have and the white wine but apart from that that’s it, no whiskey rum or brandy. The reception staff they don’t really know english they speak russian polish max and Turkish but even lacking of the language they were not really caring or helpful at all, The pools are looking good but i think the cleaning is only putting a lot of bleach and that’s it, and smells so bad, The beach so the beach was okay if they clean it from the rubbish that people leave there , The water was warm and nice the beach is not so filled with rocks and the waves were calm, ( if you have a wound on your body cover it up other wise fish come and attack you happened with me) So over all i can say this hotel in generosity deserve 2 star, cant go close to 3, all the tourist russian and other balkan nations, the staff is trying but so many points they have to improve. From my experience absolutely not recommended and avoid at all cost

Добрый день! Отдыхали в этом отеле с 11-18 сентября семьей. Было очень много негативных отзывов , но мы рискнули , я чувствовала , что отель не так плох и не пожалела. Нам дали чистый большой номер, все работало на протяжении всего отпуска, уборка была ежедневно ( не понимаю кто пишет негатив) Да, номера уставшие и требуется ремонт кое- где, но это и не 5ка! Вай фая не было вообще, 10$ с человека на неделю и ловит везде прекрасно) Море рядом, кто любит более плавный заход - вам направо , там мелко и волнорез , но и не совсем чистая вода. Лежаков всем хватало, я ходила пораньше , чтобы занять поближе к морю. В конце отдыха были волны, поэтому на пляже была грязища.. Один раз убрали хорошо, но по сути на пляже особой уборки нет(( Анимация супер! И детская и взрослая, в дартс всегда много народа, полный бассейн на аквааэробике с танцами после🙌спасибо большое аниматорам, видно что делают все с удовольствием ! Еды всегда много, за неделю я не почувствовала однообразия, единственное хотелось на завтрак не только глазунью, но и омлет) но это мелочи) Мороженое было через день, но в достатке и никаких очередей!алкоголь выбор небольшой- пиво , вино , джин , кому надо больше- закупайтесь в магазинах) Местные магазинчики близко, а в 15 мин ходьбы можно посетить Мигрос и разнообразные магазины для души в большом ТЦ Мы остались очень довольны!
