"This hotel is super photogenic! It's very close to the airport, I'd say about a 10-15 minute drive. The hotel is located on a hill, offering fantastic views of the sea, islands, and scattered fishing boats in the bay from the pool and restaurant. We had dinner at the hotel, but unfortunately, they were out of lobster the whole time, even though it was on the menu. The hotel was very nice and allowed us to extend our check-out by an hour. Our flight wasn't until after 5 PM, so we wanted to squeeze in a spa treatment, but the spa didn't open until 4 PM. I didn't give the room cleanliness 5 stars because the disposable slippers weren't sealed in plastic bags."

There's a beautiful reef nearby, and the restaurant spoiled us with delicious dinners and breakfasts every day! The staff is very attentive and caring! Although the food was mostly 'white people food' (Western cuisine), the quality was very good, and the flavors (both salty and mild) could still satisfy a Chinese palate. "This is a nice resort hotel, and the pool is close to the beach. However, it's a bit far from town, so there aren't many restaurants or shops nearby. The hotel restaurant is decent, nothing exceptional. The service is excellent; they even helped pack breakfast for early morning excursions. A special shout-out to the incredibly responsible staff. I had arranged an airport transfer for the next day with the front desk, but I was so exhausted the night before that I completely overslept. Luckily, a staff member kept knocking on my door to wake me up and even helped coordinate with the driver to wait. Otherwise, I would have definitely missed my flight! I gave him a tip to show my gratitude."

"The location is fantastic, right by the harbor, and the restaurant has an amazing view. The staff are all very polite and courteous, but some areas of their training need improvement. Initially, after room cleaning, there were often no towels or toilet paper, and sometimes they even forgot to clean. When they moved me to a different room, they didn't inform me or get my consent beforehand. Since I stayed for a month and a half, there were many issues early on, but after repeatedly bringing them up, things started to improve. The overall condition of the rooms was generally good. Twice, the toilet in my bathroom had a terrible stench, and after reporting it, I was moved to a different room. In total, I changed rooms three times during my stay. Overall, I liked the staff, but there's still room for improvement in both the service quality and the facilities."

"LB it is a rapidly growing town, and unfortunately, that means pollution, traffic, noise, and a trash issue. However, this little hotel is a gem. Just a few minutes ride out of town, it is sparkling clean and set in a lovely garden. The beach is cleaned every day so you don’t have to deal with piles of trash, and the staff are amazingly sweet. It’s also one of the most sustainably focused places we have found on this trip. A ride to town or the airport costs about five US dollars, and the restaurant on site is also a good dinner option. We stayed here before and after our live-aboard and we’re very pleased."
