Avra Imperial Hotel

"We stayed in a deluxe suite with a pool for 7 days. The room was somewhat run-down and felt quite old, unlike the photos online. Cleanliness was also subpar, likely due to the room's age. For example, there was mold in the grout between the bathroom sink and surrounding tiles, and the floor was cracked and always felt dirty. The sofa was white but very dirty, with faded colors and grime. The room's soundproofing was poor; we could hear conversations from upstairs in the bathroom. Furthermore, although the hotel advertised an all-inclusive package, they were very strict about bottled water and meal times. Each person was only allowed one bottle of water at a time, and it wasn't delivered; we had to get it ourselves from the bar. We were rushed around for meals if it was even slightly late, and the staff became quite rude. We had a small baby traveling with us, and although we requested a crib during booking and reminded the hotel via WhatsApp, there was no crib in the room. We waited over an hour after check-in before an extra crib was provided, disrupting the baby's sleep. In short, our experience with the hotel was subpar; the facilities, cleanliness, and service were not worth it."

Euphoria Resort - All Inclusive

"Very nice hotel, perfect pool access suite. Luxury family-friendly hotel with a fantastic kids' club team! The children's water playground is fantastic. Very large and beautiful pool! The staff is very friendly! A little something for my daughter's 3rd birthday! The all-inclusive is very good! With the added bonus of à la carte dinners 👌 I highly recommend this hotel! We stayed 6 nights. Everything was perfect!"

Giannoulis - Grand Bay Beach Resort (Exclusive Adults Only)

"We had the most amazing stay and honestly loved everything about the hotel. The whole experience was a 10/10, beautiful place, great service and such a lovely atmosphere. We would 100% come back again! The wine-testing was beautiful! There was just one unfortunate experience I want to mention with one bartender (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). Over the course of a few days, his behaviour towards me changed noticeably once it became clear that I was in a relationship. He acted unprofessionally and made several inappropriate and dismissive comments, which made me feel uncomfortable in those situations. Just to be clear, this does NOT refer to Andreas or any of the other younger staff we met, they were all incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming, and really made our stay even better. They were the best! Overall though, we absolutely loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Hopefully this was an isolated issue, because everything else about the hotel was genuinely perfect!"

"What a lovely gem of a hotel, great views over the sea, lovely pool/bar area, super friendly staff, great room with air con & room safe included. Ten minute stroll from a lovely beach & a handful of tavernas along the beach, ten minutes stroll from the village centre with a super market for all your provisions, a bakery and a few more tavernas & a couple of grill bars. We will definitely be returning."

"Kokemukseni Selini Suites -hotellissa oli erittäin pettymys. Vietimme siellä 4 päivää "all inclusive" -kaavalla. Henkilökunta oli epäystävällinen, ei koskaan sanonut hei / hyvästi (etenkin nainen catering-osastolta, luultavasti catering-päällikkö / ruokasalipäällikkö). Huone oli puhdas ja siivottiin joka päivä, mutta valitettavasti huonosti äänieristetty. Ruoka oli huonolaatuista ja hyvin vähän erilaisia ​​(vältä ranskalaisille), mutta huonepalvelusta huolehtiva henkilökunta oli miellyttävä. Hotellin sijainti oli meluisa ja epämukava (etenkin perheille), hotelli on suuren vilkkaan tien vieressä. Vesipuisto ei ole itse leirintäalueella, vaan muutaman sadan metrin päässä, perheille se ei todellakaan ole käytännöllistä. Varattuamme hotellimme Veepeeltä, ei missään todettu, että vesipuisto oli erillään hotellista! Yhteenvetona, emme suosittele Selini Suites -hotellia huonon palvelun, keskinkertaisen ruoan ja erittäin epäedullisen sijainnin vuoksi. Parannukset ovat tarpeen paremman kokemuksen tarjoamiseksi vieraille, varsinkin kun hotelli on sertifioitu 4 tähteä (mielestämme ei ansaittu)."
