Ich hätte mir beim Frühstück mehr Auswahl an Müsli, Körnern, Nüssen gewünscht.

Das Lux Appartement war eine sehr schöne Suite über 2 Etagen. Alles neu renoviert in den aktuellen Trendfarben : grau - beige - weiß und schwarz. Die Suite und das Hotel sind sehr schön und stylisch eingerichtet. Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage direkt am Strand / Meer und hat eine eigene Beachlounge ! Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Frühstück hervorragend. Das A la carte Restaurant bietet gehobene sehr gute Küche. Vom Café in der obersten Etage und der Dachterrasse kann man den Sonnenuntergang über der Ostsee beobachten ! Wellness und Massagen waren ebenfalls sehr gut ! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub !

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Aber das Personal ist absolut unfreundlich und macht seine Arbeit augenscheinlich ungern. Die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe. Die Parkplätze sind kaum zugängig und stehen mit Müll voll. Kratzer am Fahrzeug sind programmiert. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Müssten modernisiert werden. Der Pool ist eher eine alte Halle. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Marine Hotel in Kolberg ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten 3 Nächte gebucht und sind nach der ersten Nacht ziemlich enttäusch wieder abgereist. 5Sterne stehen nicht nur für die Zimmergröße. Das Zimmer war unsauber und abgewohnt. Mobiliar beschädigt oder es ging gar nicht. (Nachttischlampen), des Personal an der Lobby überfordert und/ oder unhöflich. In der Lobby wurde gebaut, das Lobster Restaurant war deswegen geschlossen ( so wurde es uns beim CheckIn mitgeteilt). Im Café in der 6 Etage dauerte es von der Bestellung eines Cocktails bis zum bringen 40 Minuten und dann musst ich Bar bezahlen. Rechnung aufs Zimmer erst nach vorheriger Anmeldung an der Rezeption - auch dazu keine Information beim CheckIn. Die Parkpatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe. Als wir anreisten war lt. Rezeption sowohl das Parkhaus als auch die Außenparkplätze belegt, wir hätten ja vorher reservieren können. Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel eine große Enttäuschung und die 5 Sterne nicht wert.

Bardzo dobrze położony tuż przy wejściu na plażę. Posiada basen, saunę, jaccuzi i salki do masażu oraz siłownię. Bardzo ładna kawiarnia na górze z widokiem na morze oraz klub na dole z kręgielnią. Bardzo dobre śniadania i kolacje. Polecam.

There were good & bad parts about our stay. When we checked in, the receptionist took our IDs and went away without any reasoning or word and let us stand in front of the desk for couple of minutes. After return again the same, went away without any explanation. We asked to get a room close to our relatives, who arrived a day early. After mentioning at least three time, the request was still not understood. Parking was full so we had to look for some public parking. Our relatives did not get hotel parking either - same story. Not really 5-star-like. Though the food was not exceptional, it was okay and there was a lot of choice (we had breakfast and dinner there). There are a sauna, a steam bath and a swimming pool. But when the hotel is pretty full - which it was during our stay - these facilities are way too small and overcrowded. Our room was in the so called Ultra-part. When we booked we did not know what this means. The room was very small. The sea view was technically there. But since we were on the ground floor, the sea was barely visible. However, we had the pleasure of an excavator in front of our window that woke us up 7.30 am. This was not mentioned during booking and we were charged 165 EUR per night (bed & breakfast, dinner was extra). When I made a remark about this at check out the only reply I got is that "I will inform about that" - whatever that meant. Again, not 5-star-like. The staff is only trained to say "sorry" and that someone will be notified but never do anything about their predicaments. Location is first row after the seawalk. However, there is nothing around the hotel apart other hotels. So, this is perfect for nature lovers and, if you want to stay in the hotel. But keep in mind, there is construction at the sea walk. The city center of Kolobrzeg is at least a 30 min walk away. The hotel has a night club, which is open Fri/Sat. It is quite decent in size. Also, the music and the spirit was good - there was a DJ and people were dancing. Even though the night club bar was anything but full, the 2 bar tenders managed to keep the few customers waiting for a while. And in the end, the cocktails were okay, but no more than that. Altogether, there are some nice parts there. But we were happy to leave after 2 nights. Definitely no 5 stars - rather 3 stars and trying.
