Staff was helpful, location is convenient, beds comfy. WiFi sometimes was a little slow and hot water in the shower spare because of the boiler. Overall recommend staying here!

Breakfast is very poor. How call this breakfast?

No service. Doest listen to you if you want something. No proper dish to keep water covered. No working tv. No window space to open a little bit for breeze. Very poor service

Hotel is good. Rooms n toilet r clean. But need to add room services 1) break fast not up to the mark. Only 1 banana, 1 cup tea, 2 slice of bread, 1 boiled egg. Should add more variety for customers preferences. 2) no restaurant service. They get food from near by restaurants. There is limited items in menu. No choice in food selection need to improve n add hospitality.

Room was good but not well maintained. Bed cover was unwashed same feel like with blanket also. Tv was not working. Refrigerator was not working. Body was quality was not good.

Room quality is good but cleaning is very bad blanket are so so dull and unhinged plz improve the cleaning process

The comfortable bed and washroom was neat and clean. Breakfast was simple not like a 3 star hotels.

I myself being in hospitality industry for a decade, this is the first time i ever met such rude manager, staff, security guard. I asked then so many questions about near by area but there only response was no idea. I asked for bottle water their response was no we don’t serve bottle water. The whole night i couldn’t sleep as i had no water and i had reached late so i couldn’t buy water from outside. I will suggest people, not to book this hotel at all, and they charge you a lot but the service, room, bathroom everything combined i will not pay 500- to this property

This was horrible experience for see the condition of the hotels room bed sheet and blanket was so dirty and black spot in every clothes room was so dirty and smelling bed no towel so after 2 hours we were checked out and stay another hotel. My money was totally wastages and tariff was so high it was 1% of worth of money
