The location of the property is very good. Location at the prime & posh location of south kolkata & well connected from everywhere. Gariahat, golpark are at walking distance.

Rooms they provided in appartment and ac not working properly

The property is good value for money in terms of location and size of rooms. But, essentially the problem lies in the poor management. We were asked to wait in a room in a different building, despite getting prior confirmation over phone that our room was ready to check in. After waiting for 2 hours, we were finally allotted the room in a different building at 5. 30 pm. The manager at reception was not polite and was rude when i was flagging these issues at 530 pm. The wifi doesn’t work at all, so not a great place if you want to continue your work. Besides, i had left my phone charger in the room, and went back 30 minutes after checkout, couldn’t find it there. The manager didn’t have a clue and kept on saying housekeeping didn’t find it. Terrible experience overall. Too many red flags for a hotel located in the heart of kolkata.
