Not that good hotel

Servicepersonal sehr freumdlich und hilfsbereit. Lage sehr zentral. 24h warmes Wasser. Zimmerbelüftung bei zimmern ohne fenster mangelhaft (upgrade wurde bei check in gegen aufpreis vorgeschlagen). Alles in allem empfehlenswert für den Preis und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (wir waren 3 Nächte dort) empfehlenswert. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir lieber mehr für eine bessere Ausstattung bezahlen.

Horrible hotel. My suggestion is never to book this hotel when you travel with your family.

このホテルで2泊したが、1泊目の夜に、おそらく感染症と思われる腹痛と水下痢を催した。 海外旅行保険の会社にもつながらず、ホテルスタッフには、病院探しや、病院までの付き添い、病院との交渉、医師との通訳、院外処方の薬局までの付き添いなどなど、助けていただき、大変助かった。 心優しいホテルです。

Nice this place

The hotel staff is very good, but rent is very high, no proper cleaning, when we booked the hotel they show Double bed plus single bed for three persons but they refused to give single bed

Stay was good overall experience was good easy access to all localities and metro station good staff if you ask will suggest good travel options to nearby places

Property was very small without windows and proper ventilation. Room was filled with smell of cigarette. The good thing was complementary breakfast. Overall it was an average property.

The room did not have proper locks, floor was entirely dirty and sticy, no keys for wardrobes, broken side tables, smelly room with no ventilation

The room was so small. The wall was broken. It's not worth it.

room was without windows & had very bad odour. Room wall had cracks including bathroom & was in very bad shape. No shoap and towel was given. we checked in early around 8.40 am so a room cleaning charge of rs 700 cash was asked for which I pad because I had family including children

Good accommodation in the heart of city. Eating places closeby. Staff cooperative. Overall value for money

Nice hotel. Very nice view. Foods are very good here. I have came with my family and really enjoyed here
