Good rooms. good food. They have parking available inside their premises. Not spacious though. The in-house restaurant is open 24*7. I have extended the room for one more night. The bathroom door needs some fixing.

food is ok ok. room is ok . service ok. food varieties less in buffet. room service require 2 time calling. no welcome drink served

Victoria hotel is just 2 km from the airport. Food is awesome and available 24*7. Overall amenities and services are excellent. I found hygienic, neat and clean environment and a positive energy in the property. The staff is quite cooperative. I would love to stay again in victoria hotel.

Room service was excellent and helpful. Rooms were clean and checkin checkout was seemless. Staff also helped carry luggage to and from which was great. Reception and restaurant were coorperative and service repairs were immediately attended.

They even don’t provide drinking water after 10:30 . And property says we are 24/7 on service . Which felt bad at least you should ask earlier for guest requirement if you don’t provide service at late night .

The rooms were sober and clean. Service was good. All over, my experience was quite fresh.

it was a pleasant stay....but maintenance of the room is much needed...ac was making some kind of wierd sound...after complaining it was checked by the engineer. it was on the main road side so it was very convenient to go anywhere... service is good.. overall it was 👍 good

great hotel near the airport. rooms were spacious and clean. bathroom were especially clean. staff service was excellent in the rooms, reception and in-house restaurant. really enjoyed my stay here.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at the hotel. Specifically, i was disappointed with: - the service: the staff was unresponsive, and my requests were not attended to promptly. - the food: the quality and taste of the food were subpar, and the options were limited. Overall, my experience fell short of my expectations, and i hope that improvements will be made in the future. I want refund asap.
