I was there on mid September on businesses trip and my experience upon staying there was very comfortable. Accommodation and foods are excellent. Location in central Kolkata. Very good hotel for staying with your family also. Rooms are very neat and clean.

Worst hotel, spoil of money, in rooms you can find cockroaches, bathroom smell like sewage drain, you will be charged extra Rs 400 per bed sheet if even a little strain found, extra Rs 500/- if you kept you fan on even accidentally, if you don't have food from them they will treat you as you are their enemy, so be careful before checkin.

This is the worst hotel that i ever experienced. Where to start and where to end. Nothing means nothing was even good. No standard, no cleanliness, no facility, dusty water, no hot water,. I would suggest the property owner to upgrade its facilities or stop inviting and harassing people. 2 old people and and 1 poor receptionist are managing the property. Very very bad experience

There were so many insects which spoilt our food. The shower wasn't working properly. As a regular traveler I've experienced so many hotels with basic amenities. If u as for refund they will not allow Pls don't spoil your mood by booking this hotel. Or else u r the only one going to pay for ur loss.

Stayed as wedding guest. Good rooms and good food. Some rooms are big and some are small. They are priced differently. New rooms are very very good. Rooms regularly cleaned. Had a good time. Special thanks to Mr. Nando birendra and team. They are doing a good job.
