ฉันจองห้อง suits แต่ได้นอนห้อง deluxe เนื่องจากปบ่อยมห้ห้องให้คนอื่ยไปแล้ว เพราะเราจอง 21-24 แต่ทาเข้คอิน22 เเตาห้องเต็ม แย่มาก ! ห้องเหมือนอับชื้นไม่มีที่ระบายอากาศ

I had been at this hotel earlier in the year & found it to be nice. However, this time round I found d the rooms a little disappointing. There was a mustiness about the place. The bathroom floor was slippery. They kept forgetting to give us our towels. We had to keep asking for them. Breakfast was also not very good this time round, limited choices & service was very slow. However, the front desk staff were good & helpful. Checkin was fast & we got our room fast. Hope they can improve their room cleanliness & housekeeping.

The hotel is in a good location, not too far from the airport but a little far from the city. It's clean and staff are friendly. Breakfast was included in my rate and was decent but of course offered a mostly small Indian selection of food.

I have just spend some time at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Kolkata and what a good surprise. The hotel team is taking a good care of the place and makes you feel very comfortable. The restaurant is something, food is super tasty and I have enjoyed very much all I have ate. I will definitely come back. Big thank to sandip Ghosn that brings me my room service, Nikhil mondal who takes care of my room everyday, Bhabna from the restaurant but as well the people I didn’t name, from the kitchen to restaurant staff and the lobby, that are all part of the great job. Thanks a lot for your attention and your service. 🙏🏻

Close to the airport and good for early morning transit. Room is big and clean. Buffet style breakfast with mostly Indian food and some continental options.

Gentleman at Reception very pleasing attitude. Room was good with fridge nice setup but lighting is not effective. We had views of old buildings. Stairwell had very old smell due to poor ventilation. Breakfast taste was generally poor, omelette had bad smell. Dining section is beautiful and waiters etc.. very helpful. Juice and coffee were quite good.

The hotel staff are kind and helpful. My room was upgraded so I could be on the same floor as my traveling companions. The room was decently clean but the wifi was slow.

Rita Pandit was very good she was from restaurant and good supporting person. Very smiley and helping nature . She was always so humble and good. Please help her for promotion she is doing great and very helpful ........ Food was good... Breakfast was also good and teasty

Staff is very good and coprative and we got good service in restaurant and food is very tasty And Miss Rita Pandit is very good team member and supportive. And on special demand she served very good food and dishes. Me and my friend Gurubachan stayed at hotel for 4 days and very happy with this hotel and Miss Rita is very good and supportive.

Overall, my experience was quite positive. The staff, especially Soumita, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The front desk staff were courteous. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast service, which offered a good variety of delicious options.

Overpriced for the lower quality of furnishings, which were stained and not clean. Room had a mostly damp smell.
