Excellent hotel in offered price range, cleanliness, housekeeping, breakfast, was excellent, great behavior and service from hotel staff. Quiet place near bus stand, private travel, and street food. overall great experience.

Location Of Metro Hotel is 5 min walk from S.T. depot and very close to Highway.
The Hotel Staff is very polite and humble, they allowed me early check in and late check out with nominal charges,Though they don't have inhouse restaurant but they arrange breakfast and other food on phone call.Room AC is working Good and cleanliness is also maintained by them. Rooms are precious,I have booked for three

Since I am a local, I found the hotel easily. I stayed for four days. Very good cleanliness, hospitality was good. But the hospitality of the first day decreased from the second day. Everything else was great.

too much noise on the 2nd floor as cafeteria & staff room there only. even seen cockroaches inside the room.

Very close to state transport and kolhapur train station. Room was good compared to the price offered. Ac tv worked properly. Breakfast menu was limited but good in taste. Quick room service. Clean room and hygienic washroom. Overall recommended if you are looking for budget hotel for 1 to 2 day stay. Suggestion : all though the bedsheet and comforter was washed it was bit old and had few stains. Hotel management need to replace these asap.

Metro Hotel in Kolhapur has very small, slightly congested rooms, especially challenging when staying with kids. There is no in-house restaurant, and room service was lacking—our dinner plates weren't cleared even by 10 PM. For the price, the experience was underwhelming. Overall rating: 2.5/5.

I booked for 1 night stay..due to some reason I checked in early and they asked me to pay early charges..I said okay but when I checked out early on the same day without staying for night and without next morning breakfast, I requested to not take early charges as I am checking out on same day but they denied my request. So my experience was not so good.
