Really comfy and cute, perfect for a couples stay. Only thing to keep in mind is that there is a very steep hill on the way up!

Perfect Koh Tao accommodation. We returned to Koh Tao and came straight back. Lovely staff, great room and the ‘jungle’ location is so nice and away from the central nightlife. Any future trips to Koh Tao will always be spent here.

In the middle of nowhere. Needs a taxi to the beach but no taxis go there. It’s just a bungalow on its own, no food, no drinks, no shops.

We book sea view and balcony is nice you can take view sea and have space wide balcony for chilling not expensive just 900฿ have air-conditioned and fan nice views and balcony is ferfect, is good choice for save money about cleanliness not bad material in room it form wood have smell abit
.
Notice
-The location is not clear if you follow goolgle map if you see eden hotel majestic it behind
-should rent bike not good choice for walk at night
-if want to check in have to wait 10-20 in they don't have formal reception or try call number in websit is better more than wait

Nice sunset view from our balcony and also from the terrace which can be used by anyone who stays here.
Be aware it is a steep and narrow way up. If you plan on going around with your scooter and it's your first time on a scooter I wouldn't recommend it. In fact I wouldn't recommend to drive around this island if you're not comfortable on a scooter.
The room was small but nice and cosy with practical amenities, like fridge, kettle and sandwich machine.
The employees are kind and friendly. Room service can be done everyday if you want. They give complimentary water bottles.

Please read the reviews! I read them after the booking. I realized this was far from the dive school I wanted to take a course at. The reviews said it's away from the main area and up a hill and the pictures looked bad so I tried to cancel on trip and didn't get a response. I had to pay 400 bhat to get there when it should have been 300. The girl there showed me a room. The view from the window was concrete water tanks I think. She called the owner and she was argumentative saying I am pointing out flaws because I just want to cancel. Then they showed another, bigger room but I realized I just don't want to waste a day there so I paid another 300 bhat and left. For the same price I found another place that was truly a resort and so nice compared to this run down, gloomy and messy place.

+ AC works ok
- far away from shops
- steep and broken road with a lot of holes leading to this place - my neighbors had an accident (not their fault, other guy bumped into them on this road and drove away) . they had to pay a lot for rented bike damage. I think that host should think about how to make this road safer for his guests - fix huge holes and install mirror signs , to be aware if someone going down.
- WATER - they do not have system water supply, they buy water. And if you are running of water in your bathroom - you should call host, ask for water and wait, wait, wait…
- NOISE - I lived in the down bungalow. And it is awful. I heard every step above me. Sometimes I woke up in the middle of the night from the noice that smtg dropped on me. Audibility is awful(
- no cleaning during 3 days
- host doesn’t have what’s up, you should only call
