We had a wonderful stay in such beautiful surroundings. Gaynor was so welcoming, warm and helpful. Our accommodation was relaxing and very comfortable, we loved sitting out on the large balcony and by the pool. We all wish we'd been able to stay a few more days! We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Gaynor was such an amazing host and made us feel extremely welcome. The villa was stunning and looked just as advertised. The pool area was maintained to an excellent standard and had a great view overlooking the island. Would highly recommend! I will be returning to the villa on my next trip to Thailand!

Thank you Janine for hosting us. You made our visit to Koh Tao incredible. Such a lovely place to stay. Those sunsets were spectacular and the pool kept our kids entertained. Your local recommendations where fantastic and we will definitely be back!

Fiona and her team were so unbelievably helpful and took great care of us. Check-in was easy and communication throughout the stay was fab - we really appreciated all the recommendations. They really aren’t joking about the uphill climb to get to the property but the beautiful walk along the beach to get into town, and the views from the villa, are so worth it!

Все было на высшем уровне: быстрое бронирование, организация трансфера, сам дом, территория и вид на море! Гейнор нас встретила, все рассказала, показала по дому, посоветовала где лучше поужинать, где лучше забронировать байк или такси, была готова ответить на все вопросы в любое время. Дом очень красивый, уютный, чистый. Очень понравилась плетёная мебель, стильно! В доме есть все необходимое: кухня, посуда, кухонные принадлежности, халаты, полотенца, мыло, шампунь и т.п. Постельное белье белоснежное. Вид с террасы потрясающий! Есть небольшой общий на несколько домов бассейн инфинити. За время нашего пребывания кроме нас там никто не плавал. Отдельное спасибо Гейнор за ее отзывчивость, доброту и оперативную помощь в сложной для нас ситуации! Очень надеемся вернуться в этот дом снова

What a beautiful Villa and for an incredibly fair price. perfectly clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, beautiful views, and amazing pool Everything was better than expected and we really enjoyed our stay. Would 100% book again. :)

Such a lovely place with very nice and welcoming staff. Pool area gorgeous with amazing view. The actual villa its self was super clean and beautiful. Would definitely be back! The island is amazing & host gave us recommendations of places to go see and eat too.

FABULEUX SÉJOUR que je n’oublierai jamais :) ..4 fois que nous visitons Kho tao mais , cette fois ci, notre location chez Janine a surpassée nos espérances❤️! Un accueil exceptionnel , une maison subtilement décorée , un calme extraordinaire , et UNE VUE sur Kho tao à vous couper le souffle !!quel bonheur .. merci à Janine la propriétaire de nous avoir fait découvrir son lieu et à Gaynor pour son accueil au top ! NOUS REVIENDRONS ! C’est certain ❤️

We felt like home in our cozy villa. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and very quiet at the same time. We especially loved the pool and the garden. The service was great, janine and her team supported us with everything we needed. we definitely will come back.
