Our guests are typically surprised to learn that our resort is 14 years old - having opened on 1 July, 2010 - and often give praise for the overall condition of our facilities. It is unfortunate that you did not feel the same. In order to maintain a high level of quality, we have a villa and public areas maintenance program in place that functions on both a quarterly and annual basis to rectify the damages caused by guest use and weather conditions as well as to provide preventative maintenance.hmoon, thank you once again for your stay and for choosing Banyan Tree.
