It is unfortunate that you did not feel the same. In order to maintain a high level of quality, we have a villa and public areas maintenance program in place that functions on both a quarterly and annual basis to rectify the damages caused by guest use and weather conditions as well as to provide preventative maintenance.I am delighted that you were impressed with the authentic Thai cuisine on offer at our signature restaurant, Saffron. The maximum permitted capacity for this villa type is 5 adults which is clearly stated on our brand website in both English and Chinese as well as across various online booking platforms. Given that you arrived with 5 adults and 2 children, we required you to book another villa in order to accommodate the individuals that exceeded the capacity for your two-bedroom villa. At every point of the booking process, this information was readily available to reference. We aim to be as transparent as possible with our guests and we have no intention to deceive our guests with false information in the hopes that we can achieve a profit. It is unfortunate that you felt we were misleading your; however, we were merely attempting to ensure that our resort was compliant with the rules and regulations of our resort and to adhere to the safety guidelines as per Thai law. Our villa types are separated by the view on offer and not by a particular segment of land within our resort. As such, there are differing views in terms of the direction; however, the view across each area remains consistent.
