While it was indeed peak season, this should never compromise the comfort and hygiene we aim to provide. Specifically, our Kids Club is thoroughly cleaned before opening, closed from 5–6pm daily for mid-day sanitizing, and then fully cleaned again after closing — we will review to ensure these protocols are consistently upheld.As for your room location, the Kids Suite – No Balcony category is situated facing the town side. For future stays, we would recommend the Kids Suite Playground View, which overlooks the resort’s interior garden and playground areas for a more immersive family experience.We also apologize for the temporary power and Wi-Fi issues and any inconvenience caused during that time.Thank you again for your stay and helpful comments.
