The Sea Koh Samui Resort and Residences by Tolani arvostelua

I have been reading reviews for this hotel prior to booking as we all do and based on that I thought it s worth a shot .I tried to understand why this resort has so many positive reviews but I really cannot. I haven't seen a resort/hotel like this one in a very long time and I wasn't really expecting this .It wasn't my first time in Koh Samui either and we do travel often.Photos are either photo shopped or taken 15 yrs ago. We ve paid extra for the pool suite but had to change the room as apart from everything being filthy( mattress bed sheets stained slippers worn dirty )the room was covered in mould .The state of the new room not great either and it smelled like urine. Even dough we ve paid for 12 nights we only stayed 3 as we had to look for different hotel.Very expensive for what it offers not enough chaiselongs beach dependant on tide food not great either . Everything needs updating and properly cleaned at least or if not charge less .Save your money and stay somewhere else. Positive :SOME of the employees were nice and helpful.
