Unfortunately for the price that I paid, this property is not value for money. Photos do not reflect the condition of the property. Quite dated inside. The property is on a main dual carriageway and with constant traffic in both directions the sound of vehicles is noticeable. That said it was clean and comfortable.

Хороший отельчик в живописном месте. Фотки тут супер получаются. Море не волнистое. Уже тут отдыхали в номере с выходом на бассейн и видом на море и вернулись снова. Очень удобно, территория компактная, все рядом, бассейн, кафе, массаж. Массаж делали пару раз, на возвышенности, с видом на пляж. Персонал приветливый и улыбчивый. Заселяли быстро и раньше 14:00. Утром угостили чашечкой кофе, приятно))

If you are looking for peaceful vibe, the hotel is the best choice to go for.

The beach is one of the nicest on Koh Samui. Hotel is right on the beach. The rooms were large and comfortable. Restaurant was great for lunch or dinner but breakfast was a bit meh. The water stopped working in the morning, and the rooms facing the road are a bit noisy.

The location is nice but the windy day just got us turn off and it was scary because of the waves

I normally don't write reviews but the staff deserved this. I live in Thailand for 3 years now. I just came here because I dropped of my dad and my ferry left the next day. I didn't need anything but I had a great stay here. Especially because of the exceptional service of the staff. They were really kind and nice. I had multiple chats and laughs with them. I decided to extend one more day because the vibe was so great. I haven't cooked in 3 years so I know a thing or 2 about the food quality in Thailand, and the food here was really great! I recommend the Burmese menu! Especially the Burmese salad and curry. I would definitely come back! Ps: great internet!!

Nous avons passé un bon moment (5 nuits)dans cette hôtel. Malheureusement mer impraticable pendant 3 jours ( indépendant de l’hôtel). La chambre est spacieuse faite tous les jours mais a des heures très variées. Le petit dej un peu cher (520bth/pers) pour la Thaïlande.Piscine un peu petite , pas de transat autour. Accueil sympa. Massage au top !

Mix review Had a room road side with one large bed and 2 bunk beds. Room was a bit noisy and in need of updating. Wires to TV were taped together. Small thing - can't flush toilet paper which take getting used to. The location looks great unfortunately we were on back end of a storm so could not take advantage of the ocean as too many waves. The other impact of storm was that there was trash / debris everywhere on the beach. Otherwise the service was great and hosts were very friendly. Probably worth the cost for the location. But not worth it if you can't benefit from the beach.
