Отель как всегда порадовал. Тихий уютный оазис. Вкусная разнообразная еда, чистая ухоженная территория, отзывчивый персонал. Обязательно вернемся.

湊合吧，就是酒店有點小。

Небольшой уютный отель. Территория красивая и ухоженная,много зелени, рыбки, ресепшен украшен живыми цветами , есть фрукты для гостей. Можно пользоваться бассейном и лежаками на пляже , есть бар, можно перекусить. Завтрак не обильный,но есть свежие фрукты, свежевыжатый сок, станция приготовления блюд из яиц, тайские блюда, выпечка. В номере тоже все было необходимое,но нет места для отдыха, только на балконе. Но на балконе соседи курили,хотя у нас был номер для некурящих и сидеть на трассе было ее всегда возможно. В общем, соотношение цена- качество нормальное.

打開房間的一刻，藍藍的海就在眼前，一下子就愛上了。在陽台看海，喝着果汁聽聽音樂，吹吹風就啥也不想做了。房間非常乾淨整潔，有泳池，自助餐也非常不錯，酒店直通海邊，沙灘躺椅，毛巾啥的都為住客準備了，非常貼心，前台姐姐態度非常好呀，服務員也都非常的彬彬有禮，不會像其他酒店對華人愛理不理。拉邁的海比查汶乾淨多了，很多人在游泳，海灘周邊的活動也很豐富，非常棒的一次入住體驗，五星好評。

沙灘和沙灘基礎設施，很不值得這個價格。 前台的***接待態度非常差，年輕人都很好，園丁也很好，餐廳服務也非常一般，不像一個酒店，就像個很一般的民宿。我在國外最差的住店經歷留在這裏。

Fantastic. Moh Moh provided excellent service. Clean. Quiet and great bed. Beautiful pool and bar. Great food options as well.

Great location easy walking to dining and shopping.

Supert sted Fint hotel med villaer i rekke, rolig og beliggende på stranden, med fint svømmebasseng, bar og restaurant. Stranden rengjøres nedenfor hotellet. Solsenger ved bassenget og på stranden. Super beliggenhet, og kort vei til butikker og restauranter. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

The dining area is a little on the small side

Zu wenig Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichte zum Frühstück (dafür draußen einige Vegane Restaurants). Sonst alles super

Initial opinion told me this was a fantastic place to be, it’s true as others have reported that the hotel is in a great location, the staff are all wonderful and the rooms are lovely. We booked for 4 nights over the new year period. The ocean view room was amazing although not to sure about the open plan bathroom, every member of staff was polite and the beach and pool were amazing. However this place isn’t without issues, there seemed to be a lack of management giving no direction to staff so when there are issues no one seems to know what to do to sort things out. Our room had intermittent hot water a problem that seems to be across the hotel. We decided to try the restaurant for new yers eve, big mistake, after ordering we were presented with food from another table before our starters even arrived, out main then came before the starters and as soon as we finished our starters the 2 of the 3 mains arrived straight away with the 3rd arriving 20 minutes later. The one thing however that future visitors should be aware of is the beach bar 3 doors down which plays house music from 1pm till late so if you want a relaxing rest by the pool or for that matter a decent nights sleep you might as well forget it.

Booking was confirmed by AUTO - response that had a statement of " we received your reservation and Look forward to welcoming you at Jasmin Samui" but when I emailed them regarding payment options I never received a response. Fast Forward a week before departure I decided to call them on the telephone and asked for further confirmations since no payment details was requested by them which is unusual. The response I received was that there isn't a reservation for me . Now, we are scrambling to find a place to stay and there isn't anymore rooms except the junior suite which was not within my budget and all other hotels within the vicinity had only the most expensive rooms. Had I been notified there isn't a room available for our dates a month ago (when I made the reservations) We would not have to overpay on hotel accomodations a week prior to departure. DO NOT TAKE THEIR EMAILS as confirmations unless they specifically say it is confirmed and ask for your credit card information. EVEN though the email said " We look forward to receiving you..." Very misleading/

Skandinavian. Hjælpsomme, smilende personale, god restaurant, fantastisk rengørings dame, glad så solen skinnede, god mango juice, morgenmad perfekt, måske skulle man tilføje Skandinavisk mørkt Rugbrød for reklame til 21 miill gæster 9 ud af 10. Kommer igen.
