The staff is wonderful and nice. The location is ideal, 10min walked from the center. Very quiet during the night. While the hotel is getting a bit old, you can see the staff trying the repair and improve the faculties everyday. I recommande for a quiet family vacation !

Отдыхали в середине мая. Домики не новые, но все необходимое есть и в хорошем состоянии. Мой выбор пал на этот отель из-за вида, он прекрасен. Мы с удовольствием наслаждались шумом волн сидя на веранде. Домик номер 23. Расположение тоже понравилось, до всего необходимого можно дойти пешком. Один только минус, в этом отрезке пляжа в море водоросли, поэтому мы уходили немного в право и купались там. Завтраки хорошие. Хаускипингу стоит обратить внимание на мелочи, такие как выключатели и поверхности мебели, их пора помыть. В остальном всё достаточно чисто. Кровать удобная, но для меня подушки были слишком плотные и высокие. Возможно стоит положить на кровать подушки разной плотности. Мы отдыхали всего 2 дня поэтому всё понравилось. Отель, который никому не советую. При бронировании было указано, что номер с видом на море и на фото было море. При заезде оказалось, что номер с видом на кусты и бассейн. В бассейне постоянно толпа людей, которые начинают шуметь с 8 утра. В номере НЕТ ГОРЯЧЕЙ ВОДЫ!!! Там стоит джакузи, которой невозможно пользоваться. Вода теплая, с очень слабым напором, пока она набирается чуть тёплая, сразу же остывает. В душе так же, напор еле брызжет. Сантехника старая, дверь в ванну скрипит так, что ночью просыпался весь отель, когда я ходил в туалет. Из плюсов: хороший бассейн и пляж. Работники не отвечают службе поддержки трип ком и тупо игнорируют все замечания.

The Sand Sea Resort is a place where you feel welcome at the very first moment. Especially the front desk is very professional and kind. The rooms are good, especially the bungalows are nice. The pool is also a good place to hang out. The location itself is quiet but not too far from different spots and restaurants. Only thing I can criticize are the pretty steep prices in the restaurant. More than 220 Baht for Fried Rice is just too much in my opinion and on the level of 4 or 5 star hotel prices. In the end we did not use the restaurant frequently. It would be nice if there are at least some affordable light dishes if you're hungry hanging out at the pool ;-) Overall we can recommend this hotel and the lovely staff there.

My time at Sand Sea Beach Resort was overwhelmingly positive, thanks to the incredible hospitality and attention to detail. While there was a small mix-up on the first day—I was placed in a sea-view room instead of the beachfront room I’d booked—the staff promptly corrected the error the next day. Though I wish the transition had been seamless, the rooms were equally priced, and the team handled the situation professionally. Beyond that, the service here is outstanding. The staff’s thoughtfulness surpassed even my experiences at five-star hotels—they genuinely care about guest comfort. One evening when I stayed offsite, they even reached out via WhatsApp to check on me! I regret not catching the names of the help desk team, as they were all exceptional. As for the beachfront room, it was breathtaking. Waking up to floor-to-ceiling views of the ocean felt like a dream. The resort’s atmosphere, combined with the staff’s warmth, made this a memorable stay. Minor rooming issue aside, I highly recommend Sand Sea Beach Resort. They’re clearly dedicated to excellence, and I’d gladly return. A bright future awaits this team!

The staff were lovely. The location was stunning. Good view from the room and bathtub. I only stayed 1 night as the central air con was old and made so much noise I couldn't sleep with it on but it was too hot and humid when off!

Потрясающий отель! Мы жили в вилле у моря. Окно в пол, до моря 15 метров, свои лежаки и веранда. Засыпали и просыпались под шум прибоя. Восхитительный персонал! Забота ощущается в каждой мелочи. В мой день рождения неожиданно на завтраке спели мне всем составом и подарили красиво оформленный десерт, чем тронули меня до слез. Завтраки отменные. Много фруктов, хороший кофе и другое разнообразие. Вечером устраивают тематические вечеринки. У нас был ужин из морепродуктов гриль на открытом воздухе и файер шоу, под живую музыку с барабанщиком, а потом мы пели вместе с ними караоке. Пребывание в этом отеле запомнится мне на всю жизнь! Рекомендую всем.

Resort就在海灘上！而且，距離七仔僅幾分鐘步行路程。 Upgrade到小屋，平房之間有狹窄的小路，兩旁種滿了植物和灌木。平房本身非常寬敞。臥室和浴室都有大量的空間，早餐的景色也很棒！Staff好好人
