A lovely hotel split into 3 different areas with 3 different pools Main area is right next to the beach Lovely breakfast large range of different foods Very friendly and helpful staff

The hotel is a very clean and decent place, a nice environment for families, but the pool is insufficient. There is no order taking service when we sit on the beach

服務友善，早餐很豐盛。位置離查汶鬧市很近，便於品嚐各餐廳，沒有租摩託，覺得一樣方便。房型有四張床🛏的房型，很適合我家帶兩個小孩。

The location is great because you can walk to everything. However, the cost was way too high for the quality of the rooms, food, and Kids Club. The bathroom had a terrible urine smell and you can hear your neighbors next door. I wouldn’t pay that price to stay there again.

1.酒店有海灘和泳池，房間以大街為界線分兩部分，我們定的是海翼套房，到了才知道不是海景房，衹是靠近海灘這邊的。海景房不確定怎麼訂到。 2.房間最大的問題就是潮濕，床單都感覺潮濕的，地板也潮濕，所以會給人感覺不乾淨，個人覺得是潮濕的關係，第一天入住很不習慣，住了幾天也就接受了.好在泳池海灘小朋友很開心。介意的要注意。 3.蘇梅島酒店都是按人頭收費的，根據小童歲數不同，要看清楚。我們到酒店了才知道，一個小朋友13歲被告知要加錢，以為不加床就不收錢，不行❌加了300多一晚，但好在酒店也幫忙加了床，還有早餐，所以感覺還能接受。早餐挺豐富的。 4，酒店位置離最熱鬧的大街步行10分鐘左右，門口斜對面有家便利店和小禮品店，買些日用品也算方便。 5.關於服務問題，個人感覺中規中矩，沒有服務差，但是能感受對歐美客人更熱情些。

Flying to Thailand was an unforgettable experience! The journey started with smooth check-in procedures and courteous airline staff who made everything seamless. The flight itself was very comfortable—the seats were spacious enough for the long journey, and the cabin crew was exceptionally attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The in-flight entertainment had a great selection of movies, music, and games, which helped pass the time. As for the food, it was surprisingly delightful! They served a mix of Thai and international dishes, and I absolutely enjoyed trying some traditional Thai flavors like green curry. The presentation and quality were above my expectations for airplane food. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience that set a positive tone for my trip to Thailand.
